I’ve tried various types of herbal laxative tea and these suit me the best. Pleasant-ish taste, does the job but with no gurgling tummy or urgency/drama. One bag seems to last a couple of days in terms off effectiveness. They are also slightly cheaper than others such as Dr Lee’s.

This is cheaper than my usual brand and works exactly the same. Ofc any Chinese green tea will give u cramps and make u go to the toilet several times that’s what this tea is for. It works better than laxatives. Don’t confuse it for normal green tea. This is a laxative that clears you out on the same day and gets your bowels moving for the next few days. So it takes a few hours to work, you go to the toilet several times in that day, then you continue u to go toilet 1-2 times more than normal for the next few days. Don’t know if it helps with weight loss but deffo makes u feel cleansed and less bloated cos it clears u out

It's expensive but has a fairly pleasant taste and makes for a happy bowel. It's easy to drink, use and calmly helps with problems going to the toilet. I will have to reorder because the other one I've got isn't nice or effective.

Make sure you don't leave the house. It does take up to 3 hours to work from the time you finish drinking it.

Effectively yet gentle digestive support. I have changed a diet and can get quite constipated.I've been drinking this tea for the past 2 nights and the next morning I can empty my bowels without any issue. Highly recommended

Well I wasn't sure a cup of tea would work but, it does. I don't think it tastes very nice but I'm not a tea drinker but I do like the herb ones, so I popped a ginger & honey one in with it, and it made it nicer to drink. I highly recommend and would definitely buy again 👌

This tea is my new best friend, having been on a Keto diet I became very constipated and uncomfortable. I prefer to drink this in the morning on an empty stomach, as soon as I wake. It's very pleasant tasting and after letting it steep for five minutes I drink it. Within two hours I am able to go, very comfortably, no panic or urgency, no cramping, just a really easy soft motion. I usually get cramps with laxative pills, but this is so gentle but effective, it's my go to now. It's pricey but worth it.Update. Ok be warned, don't leave the house after drinking this and stay near a toilet lol
