My son HATED his soccer socks and pads. I bought him several expensive brands that had different types of shin pad retention and he complained about them every week. He asked for more soccer socks in different colors so I grabbed these because they were cheap and available quickly. He quit wearing all his other socks and stopped complaining that his pads hurt. These have a looser fitting area that retains the pads and then they are tight again at the top. They seem to have retained their stretch this season and they stay up during games.They’ve definitely lived up to my expectations.

Socks look good and are well made.

These are my daughter's preferred soccer socks. They've been washed a lot these two seasons and are holding up really well. They're pretty thick at the bottom and the height is perfect. We would buy these again.
