This Star Costs More Because It's Worth More
It's beautiful, it works with plug-in power, and it's well built. Highly recommended.I tried one of the cheaper battery units (3 AAAs), and after about 8 hours of operation, the lights began to dim. They were dead soon after. It was also poorly assembled.

the star part alone is 11" tall and 8" wide
This star is nice but somewhat boring and probably just a little bit too small for most full-sized trees. I removed the ray-halo from another Kurt Adler capiz bethlehem star that was too large for my tree and taped the halo to the back of this star, and now it looks amazing! I cut off the spiral tree attachment thing and used black electrical tape to secure the star to my tree.

Soft Light at the Top of the Tree
Completes the soft glowing tree. Long cord, not enough if you forget to start your strung lights from the top. Sturdy topper. Appreciate Adler's Christmas decor.

A Bit Smaller Than Expected
So, don’t get me wrong, it’s an absolutely gorgeous tree topper. However, I expected it to seem a lot bigger than it actually is, which is a little disappointing considering it’s going on a 12 foot tree. Hopefully it doesn’t look too puny up there… It would probably suit a 7 foot tree better.

Don’t bother
Such a cheaply made product. Package it came in was dented. Product itself was full of glitter. Just a complete mess.

Beautifull
My star arrived alot earlier than expected, well packed, value for money, only used it once and the bulbs blown, unfortunately can't reach star to change bulb, which is a shame. Could be because it's usa plug and not English plug.

Disappointed - Does not work
Very disappointed that this item does not work.I ordered a second star which also doesn't work. I think it may have something to do with Australia power supply but Im not sure.Unfortunately, there are no contact details to the supplierIt looks magnificent and can only imagine how much better it would look with light.

Not what I expected…
Lesson in reading the product description- I was hoping for something stained glass and sodded, not plastic… also much smaller than I expected; for reference, my tree is 7ft.
