Fits Perfectly.
Works great. Inespensive repair. New one was easier to put in than taking out old one. Got it on Amazon for $25 less than parts store wanted and only had to wait 3 more days. Well worth the price for value of product. Cable inside seems to be of good quality.

Works Great!
My Tahoe is an older model and I went to release the parking brake and it snapped. This one was easy to install and worked beautifully. I hope it lasts many years! Reasonable price too.

You can fix ur Ebrake release.
Haha, my original brake release cable broke and I've always made a habit of setting the Ebrake when I park just before I take my foot off the brake. After the cable broke I'd have to open the door and crawl under the left side of the dashboard and reach up in that tangle of wires and mess under there to pull the lever that the cable attaches to to release the brake. So I ordered this one. Since I'd been intimately aware of how it worked and where it went I put it in inside 10 mins. It's harder to get the broken cable out than to install the new one. Be sure to route the cable correctly. You will need to click in the guide clip under the dash. Also you can take the cable off of the supplied cable and use your original handle.
