It can massage any part of your body, temple , back neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back, your temple etc. Just hold and and circle around or go up and down, sideways. You can use just one knob, two knobs or 4 knobs. It depends on what ball reached that spot that is painful...that is when you are doing it yourself. But if someone is doing it for you it is a whole lot more nicer. Put biofreeze or any pain cream that you get over the counter and let this massager glides into it...So..so relaxing when the heat is activated. That hard knot on your shoulder will go away in no time. My only complain about this is that this is for right handed person. When you tried to do it to massage your left side (if you are doing it your own) it is a bit more challenging. The best thing is that this thing actually works and the price is just right.

This product is exactly as advertised. I have a drawer full of hand held massagers that just take up space. This massager, however, goes EVERYWHERE with me. It's hands down the best handheld massager for SI Joint Pain, Glute pain, Neck pain and Piriformis pain. It's perfectly designed for handheld self massage. I can grip and control the pressure perfectly. I use it right after my daily stretches, sometimes on the side or back of my neck, sometimes on my glutes, and this little thing gets everywhere I need it to be! The two knob sizes are a brilliant idea. If you have neck, shoulder, back or glute pain and you need something that will get into small, tight spaces, this item is for you!

I like that it is cheap, works and available. I have sore upper back muscles form regular workouts. I use hot packs and ice to treat the area and needed a way to reach over the shoulder to massage my shoulders. This works ok. Better with someone else to rub but not always available. Don't drop it on the floor as it is brittle and will break. Don't press too hard, it will snap into what I am sure will be sharp pieces. A tennis ball and a wood door jam also works but I don't always have an available jam. So, for the price it is worth keeping it in my gym bag. (Gym also not currently available!!) Bottom line it is cheap, works and available

This tool is amazing! It’s the perfect size, easy to use, and works so well in releasing tension. I notice such a difference in my flexibility after using it!

This is strong and sturdy when I need to rub my lower back and legs. It gives some relief when I am at my sorest. The size is great enough to fit properly in my hand.

I was super excited when I first found this product for my wife and she reciprocated the same enjoyment. Barely a month of using it, one of those cheap legs snapped right off leaving a jagged edge. Luckily, I love my wife and was not subject to involuntary manslaughter. My quick reflexes stayed my hand from ending my love, because the pressure I used was lighter than a newborns grip. Don’t bother with it.

This tool actually helped with my back pain and was easy to hold and use. I liked the design and pressure points, but unfortunately it broke in half after just one week of normal use. Pretty disappointed in the durability. It works well, just not built to last.

Back when I used to have severe eczema I used these a lot for temporary relief. Instead of itching using my nails or buying gloves to not scratch myself I just massaged myself with these, and my body couldn't tell the difference it was just skin itching stimulation so they worked wonderfully well. They are durable, I dropped them a couple times on wood floor and it was fine, easy to hold and you can change grip depending, and the material is easy to wash blood off after (I know that's disgusting but people with severe eczema know that's a serious factor to consider). Aside from eczema sometimes I use them on my friends just in general to give them massages because they feel so good!

Its a great massage tool but not durable at all. The first one i bought broke, one short leg cracked off. I bought a second one, unfortunately that broke in the exact same spot not even 3 months later. I love the urchin but I'm not sure if i want to replace it again.

Legs snapped off the moment it was used. This was the second time we bought this and same thing happened within 2 uses. Created sharp edges that could cut cut skin
