Love the color
I'm not a professional when it comes to using these types of products, but it was pretty easy to use and applied fine. It covers well and appears to seal things nicely. It has a nice appearance and seems durable. I love the color. It does have some odor, but I expected that. Overall, good product!

Easy and durable.
Just an awesome product. Wanted a tidy, uniform looking slab. More durable than an 2 part epoxy I previously used (different slab). I have used before on a smaller product and loved it. Very easy to apply. I highly recommend using a wide roller that is attached to the roller handle at both sides - this stuff is pretty heavy on the roll and a flimsly roller won't cut it. I had my concrete guy finish the surface rough (brushed with broom) for adherence and grip. No chips and no clear coat here. Finshed product is matte. ABOLUTELY WORTH THE MONEY. I used a power washer to prep clean slab (instructions say not too) - I'm guessing because this product cures with moisture as the catalyst or whatever - let it dry for a couple of days inbetween. Had some little bubbles after first coat - I walked on those at about 4 hours and then painted a 2nd coat. The result is a beautiful looking slab that can tolerate a sub compact tractor and all terrain vehicle with zero tire lift. Just perfect!

Good quality
I bought the item to cover my front card which had cracks and this product worked really well. It took a few hours to dry and for the size of the container, the coverage was decent. It has been a few months and the color is holding up well.

Product unuseable
Product received was hard as a rock. Couldn't use it. Product was advertised to not crack or peel. It didn't! Lol. Couldn't get it out of the can!

Good product, worth the effort. Beware coverage guidelines.
Appears to be very durable. Application was medium-difficult, especially with added non-slip on second coat (hard to get even application of non-slip, probably not fault of product), possibly harder than epoxy due to thickness of material. WARNING: Covered 575 sq. ft., two full coats, medium thickness application and non-slip, using only 2.5gals. This is much more area than manufacturers estimate, and ended up with an extra 1.5 gals. I ordered four gallons estimating 300 sqft/gal., but product is not refundable so I can't return the unused gallon (at $190+tax).

Holding up 5 years later.
Applied this to my garage floor 5 years ago and it's still holding up perfectly. No flaking, pealing, or discoloring. I live in the Midwest, so it's exposed to temperature extremes and road salt. Full disclosure: my garage floor was less than 2 years old, so I didn't have extensive stains or moisture issues. Some of my lessons learned:1. Prep prep prep. Follow the instructions. I cleaned and etched extensively. This stuff is too expensive to not take the extra steps.2. Apply Thin coats. This is solvent based, so putting it on too thick can cause bubbles.3. Similarly, work on small sections unless you figure out technique. It's easy to accidentally apply uneven coats and get some bubbly parts.4. Dry times are based on air moisture. I applied this in November when it was about as dry as possible and it took 2-3 days to dry between coats. I applied some to my garage side walls during the summer and it dried within a couple hours.5. Make sure your work area is well ventilated and you wear a mask. This is solvent-based so it puts off some serious fumes.6. If you're not confident you can finish your project quickly (or trying applying during November...), I would buy multiple 1 gallon cans instead of a 5 gallon can. This stuff still cures in the can and creates a hardened layer if left for too long. It's also kind of hard to judge how much you need because subsequent coats take less paint.

Exactly what I wanted!
PLEASE READ:We had a lot of permanent stains in our basement floor, I used a 3 in 1 stain lifter and cleaner prior to painting which did nothing. I was worried the stains would show through the paint but the paint covered them flawlessly.HOW MUCH PAINT DO I NEED?This was my biggest question. I needed it for a 17x18 (308 sq ft) room. The first coat soaked into the concrete, the second coat looked better but the overlap lines were still visible. The third coat was perfect. I used two cans for my project.BEWARE:This stuff is HIGHLY potent. We painted our basement and you could smell it even upstairs. We had the basement door open and fans blowing. USE A RESPIRATOR. I work with resin so I used my chemical respirator. USE GLOVES. I made the mistake of getting this on my hands thinking I could wash it off like acrylic paint. It does NOT come off. I ended up using mineral oil to remove it from my hands. The paint roller and everything else that touched it was thrown away.Hope this helps!

Excellent
The garage floor had been painted before. I just followed the instructions: cleaned the floor with special acid, sanding with an electrical hand sander ( not the professional floor sander), cleaned again with a bit of clorox diluted in water. Left the floor dry for 24 hours. Applied one coat with the garage door fully opened for ventilation. Applied a second coat after 3 hours (previous layer dry at finger touch). Parked the SUV ( heavy car) after 10 days, for first time. One month has passed and the floor still looks as if no car was parked there. I use the car about 3-4 times per week, so even the pressure of a heavy car parked there for the other 3-4 consecutive days, it is tolerated by this paint. I painted the floor in summer, between 25-30C of temperature, about 70% humidity, left garage door opened for 2 days.Paint super easy to roll. Super sticky when drying, use gloves, skin and eye protection. You may have to discard brushes and rollers used. Looks like a kind of thick plastic or ceramic or polymer. Amazing. Glossy appearanceHow long is going to last, I do not know but until now I am super extra happy with the results.
