Cramp free.
I use to suffer from terrible leg cramp during the night. Do not always fancy a banana, so purchased these. Two at 8pm and no leg cramps in my sleep.

Choked on it
Saw a review of someone saying he/she choked on it but ignored and ordered anyway and guess what? Already choked twice with the pills. They are chunky and have sharp edges. Would not recommend.

Throat catcher
These tablets are very difficult to swallow and when you try to swallow them they will come back up. Tablets are round but big and have sharp edges and catch your throat as you swallow them. I melt them in water but they are a very strong salty taste so it’s pretty disgusting... there are better products out there... I guess if you want cheap then this is what you get!

Very good health suppliment.
Challenging to swallow, there is a knack to it. You have to completely relax your throat and take them with vitamins C water which helps.They're brilliant for getting rid of foot cramps and heart palpitations.

Two months supply.
I was looking for some different potassium tablets as my usual brand were not in stock. These seem to work just as well. They are in an easy open resealable plastic pouch. The price of £5.99 for 2 months supply is good in my opinion. The only thing I would like to change is the shape of them - being so thick with a high straight edge even though they are not too big in diameter, they tend to scrape my throat on swallowing. I can take tablets easily and have taken much larger ones than these with no trouble, so it is just the shape of these that is causing me trouble.

Extremely difficult to swallow
VERY difficult to swallow. I have stopped using them as I almost choke every time I take one. I cannot understand why they really need to be so big what's wrong with a capsule? For that reason I will not buy again.

Far too big
These are a good price and do what they are meant to but I can't swallow these without using a pill cutter to divide into four small pieces.They should be half the size with a suggestion to take 2-4 a day.I've just ordered some capsules, although even capsules for potassium seem to be quite large, and just hope they will be a bit easier to swallow.

They do the trick at a reasonable price but are difficult to swallow.
Not a bad price and they do the trick of bringing my husband's blood pressure down but they are large tablets and he finds them very difficult to swallow. They tend to stick in his throat and have an unpleasant metallic taste whenever they get stuck. However, he is persevering with them because they seem to work.
