Thank goodness. Made my daughter's laptop much quieter.
After spending $90 for a local repair place to clean the heat sink and other stuff as a way to quieten down my daughters laptop, I ordered this fan and replaced it myself in just a few minutes. Worked like a charm for way less.

Good Replacement Fan. Especially Since Dell Doesn’t Sell the Original Anymore
Original fan was starting to break down (ran very loud which made it hard to focus while working on the Inspiron 5515). I tried to look on the Dell website to buy the original manufactured part, but Dell doesn’t sell them anymore. However, this fan came in to save the day. With this part, finding Dell’s own video on how to replace the fan, and the willingness and confidence to open up the laptop and look at the innards, I was able to make the replacement myself. The laptop works fine, and no loud, clicking fan sounds anymore.

Screws not included
I think that including 2 tiny little screws would have been going above and beyond. But no screws.

Good Deal, Good Product
Seems to be pretty much OEM. The price was fair and our laptop is functioning well now. Glad my daughter in law works in the IT department and replaced it for us as I didn't want the resposibility of taking the HP apart and reassembling it withouit screwing it up even worse (lol)
