the comfort
I bought these to replace ones that I bought a few years ago, they really help whwn I wear them in my slippers, however they do not fit in my shoes, which is rather unfortinate as really I need the support all the time.

Waste of money!
What an absolute waste of money, not only is this product not fit for purpose, but to add insult to injury they’re non refundable…what a rip off! They are too small and move around in your shoe, they’re also extremely uncomfortable. The designers at Scholl must of been on hallucinogenics when he designed this unfit for purpose product ! Very disappointing to say the least!

Comfy and they are supposed to be short
Really comfy and so far helping with my fallen arches when walking. Ignore all the foolish reviews about them being too short, they are supposed to be. If they actually read the details it says that they should sit at the base of the toes. It does feel strange to begin with but after a bit you forget about it. Need to try them on a long hike but general walking I've not had any pain

Fit not good but fairly comfortable
I was disappointed in the fit of these insoles as they are considerably shorter than my boots. However despite feeling a bit uncomfortable to start with they have got easier with use. All the writing on the packaging was in Polish or Chek but there was a sticky label with a few instructions in English. Cannot say if good value for money as it depends on how long they will last.

They are tiny but don't panic it's correct
Ordered size 7-8 adult size and it arrived in polish so I translated it. It says as you would expect and medium for size 40-42, for arch support etc. The size of the item is very small but it does seem to be correct. I tried them in my shoes after initially panicking and requesting a refund but they are fine. For arch support I expected a lot more than a flat bit or foam so that is disappointing I have high arches and pain on the side of my feet so it doesn't do anything for me other than add a tiny bit of comfort. Better than nothing.

Not so great design
As these insoles don't fill the full shoe, they slip forwards making the arch to be placed wrong and so uncomfortable causing more issues rather than solving them.I have other arch fit insoles which are only half the size of a shoe and they don't slip. As these ones are about 3/4 of the length, the ball of your foot drags them forwards almost as soon as you wear them.Standing still with them in the right position, they are comfortable, so if you're able to secure them in place, they could be okay, but personally not the best for me.

Good product!
A good product but I didn't find they suited me. Others might find them better, they're well made.

Far too small
I ordered the size 7-8.5 as I am a size 7. They were far too small. I had bought them via a hyperlink on the Scholl page, so I tried to get a refund via Amazon and was told I had to take it up with Scholl. I rang and spoke to someone at Scholl who said it was Amazon's responsibility as the seller. I finally got hold of Amazon customer services, asked to speak to someone and was given a full refund.
