I like these bulbs. Using them in a ceiling fan and they fit well and look good. They dim well, but only use about half the travel of the older slide dimmer installed in the wall. Fully up is full brightness, but they turn off when the slider is only about 1/2 way down. The dimming action is smooth however, so it's OK. At some point, I will install a newer wall control.

Be aware: * These are small-body bulbs - Smaller than the typical A19 style - although the base is the same * These put out about 600 lumens vs. a standard 60W equivalent at 800 lumens Purchased based on a recommendation by someone who hates standard LED bulbs and these do put out a nice, warm light that is similar to that of incandescent bulbs.

Lights worked as advertised. Packaging was good, but delivery guy shoved these highly breakable lights in the mailbox instead of putting them more safely on the front porch.

The bulbs were installed in an elongated light fixture with five light bulb sockets. The light in the room was so much brighter with the LED bulbs than the regular incandescent ones. With the dimming feature you could obtain the exact amount of light what you needed - dim for a more romantic atmosphere, medium lighting or bright for doing any type of work in where you needed good lighting. The bulbs also looked very attractive in the fixture. I highly recommend these light bulbs.

I don’t usually write a review this quickly. I bought them for the pendent lights I recently purchased for our new studio that I wasn't going to dim. The lights over our kitchen table are dimmable but flicker if you dim them too low. These bulbs will dim to a faint glow without any flickering. The size is smaller than the old bulbs but just as bright. The old bulbs will go out to the studio.
