I recently purchased a document folio, and I’m beyond impressed with the quality and functionality. I have to edit my review after an absolutely stellar response by ownership. When I left this review, the owners reached out to me. I assumed nothing would come of it, but on top of sending me a new product- we also discussed the manufacturing changes made since I bought my original folio. With as large as the business is, they didn’t have to take their time to address my concerns at all but they did. Huge kudos. I’ve been using the product for the last couple of months and it has been great! This product fell apart in a year. When I reached out on TikTok they told me to glue it back together myself. When I called them out in their comment sections they followed me and used my comment for a video. I couldn’t find my purchase receipt from here on Amazon so they refused to replace it. Honestly it was such a good idea but a shame that it didn’t hold up.

Great look and feel of the product. Well laid out and does the job. Pockets generally have good space and are wide enough to accommodate most things. Two changes to make: 1) the area to place the labels should be white for better readability. 2) the pockets needs to be taller to accommodate standard size file folders. See picture. I had to fold the tab down to be able to close the pocket. Very odd.

This binder has been a lifesaver in getting my family’s important documents sorted. It’s so nice always knowing where they are finally! All the separated pockets and the included labels make it super easy to get everything organized. And the design is adorable to boot!

After plunging into the process of "doing something" with 10+ years of files and paperwork that had been accumulating in various storage boxes and folders; I decided to try a different organizing system - one not relying solely upon the traditional hanging file folder and filing drawer system. I spent two weeks shredding, recycling, sorting, and categorizing by file types before finally capturing all of my important health, financial and tax, paperwork into these folios. They are sturdy, smart, convenient, and look impressive on a shelf. Having everything gathered into an adaptable and easily portable system (that also doesn't create a cluttered look with plastic expanding file folders), has been a game changer! These are *pricey* compared to conventional methods, but I've felt that they are worth the cost for longevity, aesthetics, space-saving, and usefulness. I highly, highly recommend all of Savors products, but understand it can be addictive and expensive once you get started with these. I now have about 4 folios (Health and Medical, Financial/Tax, Career, and one for Dad), along with 2 Vaults for College and home, and another coming for Family Tree and photos. Have a plan in mind for what documents are most important and then figure out how many of these you need!

I have bought this product in the past, it makes a wonderful gift and I have never had an issues in the past, however this time my organizer came with a crease on the back as well as several dings/dents which isn’t a huge deal, but at the price point I expect high quality.

I knew that this is a file that wouldn't store lots of paper work, but that is the point in my opinion. We live in a digital age and I want to have less paper. So this is good for what I want. I would be concerned ordering this from the seller as I believe the packaging is completely inadequate. Just a normal plastic parcel bag with no padding. One of the corners is slightly dented, but not noticeable and the front has some dented scoring on close inspection, but not that noticeable either. So not perfect. However I can see it being far worse due to the inadequate packaging for some customers. I am lucky. I did seek these out from the maker Savor, but they only deliver in the UK if order is over 150 pounds. As such could only find them from this seller, they are not overcharging, this is almost the same price as on Savor in GBP

I purchased my first Savor Folio here on Amazon, and like a couple others had some issues with the glue falling apart. I initially left a negative review, but decided after some time to reach out directly to the company through their website. Very happy I did, because the customer service was 10/10. The Savor team were so friendly and helpful. They sorted out the issues (bad batch of glue) and sent me a replacement right away! My new Folio is in perfect condition, and I am pleased to say, one month later, that the glue is holding strong. I also have a Baby Vault Keepsake box and love both. These are so convenient and useful!

Beautifully made, I love the concept of this as an organisation tool. It is perfect for our home and we are glad that it can be personalised to however you like.
