This is a high-quality olive oil and I can definitely taste the anti-inflammatory compounds working their magic. I love the tins and even though I usually prefer a big bargain price to jug, I do appreciate how these are lightweight thus so easy to useI’m a little concerned about how these tins get recycled, I’ll look into it before I keep ordering.

Best olive oil I’ve ever used.

Good olive oil but the can needs a better dispenser. It always has oil accumulated on the counter under it even if I wipe thoroughly after use. The taste of the oil is unique but the stainless can’s raised lip works against a clean flow. I’m going to decant.

Expensive but amazing flavor! For me it is worth the cost

I'm not an expert or have some fantastic palate that can pick up on the slightest detail. I'll leave other reviewers to point out those things, but what I can tell you is that I used this oil in a new recipe & was blown away how good it was. I chalked it up to it being a great recipe. I used the oil again in something I make a often & boy, was that the best I ever made it. After a few more times of tried & true recipes suddenly tasting better than they ever have before I realized I didn't turn into a Top Chef overnight, but it was the oil that was making all the difference. All I can say is what a difference an oil can make. While I am not fond of the price & I will not be using for everything this will be a well loved staple in my kitchen. The can that it comes in fits well in the hand, does not take up a lot of room nor does it dribble oil from the spout. I would highly recommend this.
