After a not so great dental check up, I was recommended to try Closys. I was pleasantly surprised when I first tried this, absolutely no burning and a light flavor. It was so gentle that I didn't think it was doing much of anything til I realized after a week of using it I didn't have the plaque buildup I usually have with just brushing alone. My gums were also looking healthier and less inflamed. I also like that I only have to swish the mouthwash for 30-45 seconds instead of a full minute (yes, for some reason the 15-30 seconds makes a difference lol). The only thing I'm not crazy about is how it makes anything I eat afterwards for the next few hours have a weird taste but otherwise this is a great mouthwash and my mouth has never felt cleaner.
