The best.
When I broke my previous baton over the music stand (I won't tell you why) two days before a concert, I was very happy to be able to replace it so easily. It is well-balanced and sturdy, (if you don't lose your temper) I have had many batons over the years and this one never chips or loses its color. It makes a pleasing sound when tapped (I said tapped) on the music stand to keep time or get SOMEONE'S attention.
