One of the few complete all in one pre's
B nox is not the strongest stimulant pre, there are much stronger one out there, but it does have everything you need before a tough workout. Not as potent as it used to be but the energy is strong and smooth, lasts throughout the workout then slowly dies down. Its has added bcaa's and L glutamine for recovery, 3 creatines for power and Zma tribulus maca root for a little Test boost which helps with strength. This is a great pre if like me you workout later in day as it won't keep you awake, and Zma helps you sleep after. They have nailed the flavors with this, Rainbow candy, Tropics, Strawberry lemonade, Blue raspberry especially.
