Love Home and Planet Concentrated Laundry Detergent Lavender & Argan Oil 40 oz, 2 Pack

It’s a New Year so I am branching out and trying new cleaning products. I usually use Purcell and Tide detergent in liquid and or pod forms. Both clean great but leave a chemical/artificial smell on my clothes. A Youtube candle review from Kent mentioned how much he loved this detergent so I decided to give it a try. I was hoping to find something that cleaned my clothes and scented them with a clean but more natural plant based smell. I purchased the lavender scent and it smells fantastic. Each bottle is 40 ounces and contains enough for 53 medium loads. The liquid is clear, thick and highly concentrated. Both bottles arrived in tightly packed box, upright with no leaks or spills. In my front loading HE machine, I used as directed. All my loads were medium sized. First load was 4 pairs of new jeans that I washed on cold. The jeans came out clean and smelling great. Second load had a smelly blanket and a towel that my dog vomited on. Thankfully this detergent did its job and blanket/towel are now clean and fresh smelling. My final load contained all whites. One of the shirts had a grease stain on it so I used a little of the detergent to pretreat it. I usually add Oxyclean to my white load along with laundry soap but for this load I only use Love Home and Planet detergent to see if it would take the grease stain out and clean whites. The grease stain came out and it did a passable job on the whites. I will probably go back to adding Oxy to my white load because I like how it boosts up the whiteness.Some reviewers state this is expensive. In my opinion, for what you get, I think the price point is the same as buying pods without a coupon. I am really happy with my purchase and would buy again. I look forward to trying this brands fabric softener and clothes refresher too.

I already have the lotion of this brand and thought it would be nice to have my clothes match the scent of my lotion. I was a bit worried to sink money into this though, because I have very sensitive skin and most detergents will make me break out in hives.No breakouts thus far! The scent is really nice, not too overpowering and it's pretty nice to know that along with my lotion, I smell of lavender all day (my favorite scent). The price looks like a bit much but the containers are pretty long lasting. I do two large loads of laundry per week and my first container still feels mostly full after over a month. You also don't need to use as much as regular detergent - I find that I use about half as much as other detergents, with my clothes still coming out clean and pleasant smelling. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to smell a bit better than your normal clean laundry smell, especially if you already use their matching lotions\body products. I will be buying again!

This detergent does an amazing job cleaning my family’s clothes and it smells so good!I have been a Tide fan forever and nothing cleaned better than Tide... I tried other brands.I decided to give “Love Home & Planet” detergent a try for a more Earth friendly choice. I am now a forever fan. This detergent is as good, if not better, as Tide in getting our clothes clean and getting out the tough smells. I have a 16 year old boy who is often outdoors or eating pizza and a 22 year old daughter who is often baking. I bike a lot and perspire heavily - my biking clothes come out so fresh.The lavender is relaxing and not overpowering.My bath towels and kitchen towels come out clean and fresh.As good as Tide in my exerpience for cleaning power, aces Tide in its Earth friendliness, fragrance and in cost!!

Love this product, but due to the panic that's starting to set in some people in the area they were sold out in stores and I like to have at least two extra as a backup in case I forget it/sold out in the only store that sells this product. And the guy that delivered the package was super nice and friendly, even gave a compliment on my furbabies 😁Love this product as it is mostly made of Earthy ingredients, so if you're dry camping it's safe to dig a cat hole and pour the used water back into the Earth. I am always on the look out for biodegradable household items be it silverware or cleaning solution.

This smell amazing! However if you trying to buy cleaner products this might be one to pass on. As it doesn't use all natural smells. But again the smell us super strong and amazing smelling..I think my biggest issue was both bottles leaked in shipment. Amazon fixed the issue but the replacement ones leaked too! I cannot be the only unlucky person to of had the bottles leak on them. It's frustrating and I would probably just buy these in store instead. But the cost if the product is not something I can buy on a regular basis.

My daughter recently started using the shampoo and suggested we might try more products. We were running low on laundry detergent and had converted to plant based products. I ordered this and have done a few loads with fabulous results. It really is super concentrated! Even for a large load of heavy jeans only a small amount is needed! The little bottle for 53 loads is going to last way longer than that. Plus it has a fresh scent. We are sensitive to over scenting and this product is great! So happy to have tried it! If you are hesitant - then get the smallest size!

After spending $500 on laundry detergents that stink, this works. You really only need a little, a tablespoon for a half load. because it is so concentrated. Very nice scent. Sometimes I rinse twice, because too scented for me. But my clothes don't smell bad, nice scent. Finally, after 10 years, I think I found the right one.I see people like me smelling detergents even the unscented ones smell bad. Worth the money. I also cleaned my washing macine with other detergents, did not help.

I love this product. I was buying it at the grocery store and they stopped stocking it. I was devastated. Even though it is more expensive than most others, it is earth friendly and I don't have to use a fabric softener while using this detergent. So glad I was able to find it on Amazon. Thanks again Amazon you don't diappoint.
