Had no problems using this phone on Verizon. Phone works well. Night camera is underwelming.

I ordered this phone directly from Blackview on eBay and have had the phone a full week. The phone was shipped from Hong Kong via DHL and was delivered to my door for signature in 3 days. I previously had an S10+ that quit working. The S10+'s pictures and videos are unquestionably better. There's no competition. However, the BV9700 beats the S10+ in a number of areas:1. Physical fingerprint reader is a million times better than the on screen reader.2. There is zero bloatware on the BV9700 Pro3. The GPS on the BV9700 Pro is way better. The unlock phone at location feature of Android did not work well on the S10+, but works flawlessly on the BV9700 Pro. GPSEssentials, awesome app, says I'm getting an error of +-2.5m, which is as good as my $300 Garmin.Some other great features of the Blackview:-Almost all the bands for every US carrier. Using it on Cricket and it's only missing Band 30, which I don't really need since I'm usually in rural areas for work and the city I live in isn't densely populated (~250,000 people pretty spread out).-Has VoLTE and WiFi Calling.-Great screen and it just feels good in the hand.-Wireless charging and great battery life. 2 full days with moderately heavy use. It can run intensive games and they do drain the battery fairly quickly though. Still probably get ~5 hours of continuous gaming on it.-The stock Android experience is awesome. No screwy manufacturer UI and super easy to use.-Worked out of the box. Just put my SIM in and it worked.Some issues:-For whatever reason my 64gb SD card shows as having 65gb of "system" files. It also required me to reformat the SD card even though there was nothing wrong with it. Unsure if it's using a different file system?-The USB-C connector is essentially proprietary. It's a regular USB-C, but it needs to be 10mm long to fit into the port. Blackview includes a cable and a couple adapters (USB, micro-USB), but you'll probably still want a couple for the car, work, etc, unless you have multiple QI chargers.-No 3.5mm jack. I have some good headphones and it sucks I can't use them without an adapter.I did a ton of research before I bought this phone and, so far, I'm really glad I bought it. One review said it didn't have a QR scanner and installing the nightvision apk was a PITA, because of that. It does in fact have a QR reader. It's build into the camera app. The nightvision camera is pretty cool, but not really night vision. It does allow for good pics in really dim light though. It seems like Blackview has had issues in the past with quality control and customer service. Who knows maybe I got lucky, but I love this phone.I'll update if I have any issues with the phone.

Big battery, plays games really well, costs way less than phones they try to sell you here with all the bells and whistles they have and then some. Phone is durable. Blackview is a fantastic company.
