BOSKA Monaco+ Cheese Knife Set, Mini, Silver

I bought two of these ~ one for a wine and cheese raffle basket as a giveaway and the other for me! I already owned this particular cheese tool but needed a second one. It is quite sturdy ~ will not bend during use and creates a nice cheese slice for crackers or just enjoying a slice of cheese. Cleans great in the dishwasher. A must for cheese and wine parties!

The Boska slices cheese like a dream.I bought it mostly because sliced mozzarella is not always easy to find. As a welcome latent function, it's saving us money on buying blocks of cheese instead of sliced (it will pay for itself over a few months.) It's fun to use; I find myself snacking on a small slice (or six) while doing our cheeseburger prep work for dinner. In addition to function, it is a handsome looking device.The slices it makes are obviously not as wide as machine sliced (the Boska is simply not that wide.) Two slices of this one will be needed for sandwich or burger width, in average.

The built quality is great. A little bigger than expected. It works wonderful and I’m very happy with the sharpness and esthetics.

Well made and sturdy. "Cuts the cheese" quite well

This is an awesome cheese slicer and works flawlessly, the only downside is that the cutting section is too small to cut standard sized slices from a block of cheese.

I bought this to replace an old wooden handled one that was falling apart. I tried and returned two others before trying this one, and it's the one! Cuts easily and evenly and the cheese doesn't stick to the blade. Also feels good to hold and has no place for water to collect. Perfection!

This is a fantastic cheese slicer. Until now, I had been using the wire-type cheese cutters but the wire would always snap after several uses. This one is easy to use and easy to clean. I recommend this to anyone who "cuts the cheese".

Great cheese slicer! Works well on hard cheese (Cheddar) and semi-hard cheese (Gouda).The cheese never clings to the blade when slicing.The handle is weightier which helps with balance.Well worth the higher price!
