This is a quality product from its packaging to taking a shower. Installation was a snap although the washers confused me for a minute. There are separate bags of washers and spares. I found the connections had them installed already so I ended up with more spares than I needed.The pressure is nice and more direct than heads with a wider spray pattern. The fact that you can remove the head takes care of that. Just note that it’s high. If you are short, you may want to replace shower extension tube with a lower one so users can reach it.The hose is so flexible that you never have trouble twisting it to get it to hang right.

I currently live in apartments and the water is harsh and the water pressure is horrible. I previously had a so called high water pressure shower head with a filter. However, the filter was made of plastic and painted chrome and broke while screwing on and the shower head did nothing to increase flow.I ordered this because it was made of all metal and promised high pressure. I definitely delivers. My shower is high powered and doesn't blow through hot water. Its pretty perfect and you can tell how great the quality is. Honestly I'm shocked this didn't cost more.The shower head even came with the tape to install it, extra washers and a couple replacement silicone pieces for the head.I would recommend this to anyone. Its worth the money and will last for a long time.

This is the shower head I've been searching for! I've been using recognizable, name brand, handheld shower heads for decades. They all offer numerous different spray options, are predominantly plastic, with gears and moving parts that eventually leak or fail. All I've ever wanted was ONE, POWERFUL shower stream to clean me and the shower efficiently and effectively. You can feel the quality of the solid metal construction of the Hammerhead in your hands. It produces a strong, concentrated, satisfying flow of water. The design is sleek, simple, and lovely. The brushed nickel finish is beautiful and blends well with all the other brushed nickel fixtures in the bathroom. So far, it has resisted any spotting or staining. This showered is worth every penny. I highly recommend.

I've had my eyes on this shower head for awhile. I bought another brand locally for the sole reason of easy returns. Got it home and it was so plastic-y feeling that I didn't even try to install; I just returned it. Decided to bite the bullet and order two Hammerheads.After 2 weeks of the boxes sitting on my bathroom vanity, I finally screwed up the courage to install them in my double shower today. To my surprise, no tools at all were needed. All the parts are nicely wrapped in bags. All the threads were even protected with plastic caps to avoid any damage in shipping! Plumbers tape was included.Twisted off the only shower heads. I ran a little water through the pipe and cleaned off all the old tape. Then, installed the first Hammerhead Handheld Shower head according to the simple instructions. LOTS more water pressure than before. I was so happy and went after the other one. To my surprise, I noticed the pipe was almost clogged when I took the old shower head off. Had to dig out a bunch of black gunk with an old toothbrush. Ran some water to finish the clean out and install the new Hammerhead. This one had even better water pressure!!?? Decided to go back to the first one and look at that pipe more closely. Sure enough, it had a little bit of clogging too. Now, I have the best shower head pressure I've ever had. I also checked them very closely for leaks and there were none! All I did was tighten all the connections by hand.Honestly, I don't know if the unclogging of the pipe caused the better water pressure or if it's the shower head. Maybe a combination of both? However, I do like these shower heads more than any other one I've used. The shower head is bigger and lighter than I was expecting. My original concern is that a metal head would break my faux marble if I dropped the head against the shower bench. While the head is very sturdy, I don't think it's heavy enough to do damage. The connection that holds the shower head is solid, heavy metal that I seriously will break. The hose is very nice and plenty long. I saw another review that the shower handle can get hot. I can see where that could happen, but I only hold it when I'm cleaning the shower or washing the dogs with a cooler water.Happy with my purchase and will purchase another one for the other bathroom. My only complaint is that I tried a different brand first and waited so long to install. Don't be me -- buy it and install it immediately. Enjoy your very next shower.

Nice, study shower head easy to install. I was a little surprised there were No adjustments on the water flow, I.e., pulse. For the price I kinda expected that, but it’s good as it is.

I have gone through a multitude of big box store shower head brands most are expensive , feature laden plastic pieces of crap that last maybe a year .The Hammerhead is the real deal , all metal construction , with metal fittings set this unit apart. No leaks , great pressure, easy to install make buying this an easy choice.
