First, the seller support does get 5 stars. I had a long sequence of emails with them as we tried to figure out what was going on.Bottom line is that the blood oxygen monitoring and a few other features of the watch don't appear to be recognized by the Huawei Health app for the iPhone. I did confirm with the seller that my iPhone had the supported operating system and that the version of the Huawei Health app and the version of firmware on the Honor Band 5 were the latest versions. I did not check all the features (e.g. Connected GPS) so other capabilities of the watch may not be supported either. I can take a manual blood oxygen reading on the Honor Band 5 (shows that the firmware was updated), but the Huawei Health app does not recognize or report those readings.The vendor did talk to Huawei. Huawei said they had never seen this before and that they needed to test my phone to check it out. Not going to send my phone to China.In my interactions with Amazon, apparently others have noticed that the iPhone app has limited support for the Honor Band. Too bad none of them have left a review. I pointed out that if the iPhone app had limited support then the advertising should be consistent. The Amazon rep was going to send a request to the manufacturer to update the description.I went online and noticed that the Android app was much better than the iPhone app (better graphics, more control, more screens of info).

Finally a sport tracker that you can read in the bright Florida sun. I have tried 3 and this is the first that has a great bright screen. As far as functionality goes it works great. The heart rate and O2 sensors work very well and mine has been monitoring my heart rate 24 hours a day for the last three days and it still has 75% battery power. The sleep tracking works very well and automatically, resetting each night. It seems to be reasonably accurate across the board and the price is certainly right. I will tell you this, when it arrives download the software and then update it. I could not find the Honor 5 on the device list until I updated it. The face will be in Chinese when you get it but as soon as you link it to your watch it changes to English. All in all I am very happy with this !

I love this tracker! It is a real Honor 5! And Luckyruby provides great customer service - I wanted a different band for several reasons - & they offer great options. And are also very quick to respond to any questions..... As for the tracker itself, I am amazed at its quality. I live on a farm & ranch, as well as work in manufacturing, working with machinery. (I should probably be a product tester with all I get up to! Lol!).... I have had this tracker for 2 months, & only remove it to shower. While I haven't yet done laps with it, I have used every other feature. I have probably put it through more than most - & it still works great, & is in fantastic condition (no scratches, even though I don't have any additional screen protection).... There are only 2 issues that I have found - when doing workouts - running or walking - you have to pick one, it doesn't account for doing both. So if I plan to run/jog at all, I'll set the workout for running, even when I plan to do bursts of running between walking.... The other, is that with my new metal band, there are plastic brackets which keep the band on the tracker, which, given my activities, I can accidentally break. Metal brackets would last longer. However, the band fits tightly to the tracker, so even with a broken bracket, it is unlikely to come off... The options on the device are fantastic - but the durability of the device far surpasses others & makes it a fantastic purchase for the price! So pleased with this product - & the support/updates provided by Huawei - they are on top of any issues quicker than most electronic companies.... I'd give more stars if I could.... I will provide more updates on durability as time passes...

When you first turn it on, it'll be in Chinese, so if you need it in english, follow the instructions they send you via email. You'll have to connect it to your phone with an app. Once connected, the band will configure to your phone settings.It's a cool band, heart rate, workout timing, pedometer, even sleep monitoring.. and some more features.I really like this watch. I'm using it every day.Only thing I'd have to say thays negative, would be that reconnecting to your phone may be a bit tricky.And .. the band has to be somewhat snug to read your pulse properly, and may bruise your wrist lightly in certain situations.Overall, great health band.

Works great!! Only wish it tracked my OX regularly, have to press icon to have checked and then no tracking of that. However does great job tracking my activity, exercise(when remember to press icon), my sleep, and my pulse rate. Even allows me to Ck who is calling/texting without having to find my phone when I’m focused on other work or cooking. Highly recommend and only reason not 5 stars is because I was specifically expecting the OX tracking since he had this feature, I was wanting 24 hour tracking of that health element. For those who have an IPhone I found the transition to US English simple, the APP worked great and updates were simple & only took few minutes. Wears very comfortably (that had been a concern as I do not wear anything on my wrists longer than necessary), wear it 24/7 except for charging & choose not to wear in shower. I have used both a finger pulse & wrist BP cuff to check accuracy, even dbl checked with Dr office results... was accurate every time. Very happy with this choice!!

I could not be happier with this purchase. I was a little worried about getting it synced with my phone but after about 5 minutes of googling it was ready to go! Gives the absolute best sleep information and advice, my sleep has improved so much since I started wearing it. I love the alarm, the heart rate monitor, really everything about it. My SO has an Apple watch that needs constant charging - I prefer my Honor band, that was just a fraction of the price! I was also impressed with the sellers, they emailed to make sure I was happy and got it set up okay. I was kind of worried about it based on other reviews but I'm so glad I took a chance.
