How They Murdered Princess Diana: The Shocking Truth
K**N
Extremely Well Researched
If you are going to read any book about what happened to Princess Diana the night she died to understand why she died, how it was perpetrated and how it was covered up, this is your book. I warn you, this book was a massive undertaking and if you aren't prepared to follow the leads, the maps, the pictures, the transcripts and wrap your head around it, you won't like this book. Serious inquiries only. One rating said it was repetitive and they couldn't follow it so they gave this 2 stars. Unbelievable!! If you aren't bright or curious enough to follow the intelligence of what was gathered, that's two stars on you. If you really want the truth, read on. This is based on first hand accounts, down to their fourth accounts of people intimately involved in the cover up. You spot their lies from their own mouths. In addition, you see exactly was what information was ignored and who was not interviewed or cross-examined in order to come to the conclusion that it was JUST an accident. If you ignore evidence, you can surely come up with your own conclusions. That is EXACTLY was done for every inquiry into her death by the UK and France. Shocking. More people should know this. I also agree with one person who stated that "this book is THE ONLY justice Diana and Dodi are ever going to get."

Worth reading for a few new facts
Lots of food for thought here. The author did a lot of follow up and deep research. There are things i never knew before.Author is still a bit more conspiracy minded than i am. Plus he never mentions many people Diana was involved with - friends, relatives - perhaps so he would not get sued?In all, worth reading.

Difficult to follow but loaded with details and documents
I'm giving it a 4-star because it's so detailed and packed with all the chain-of-events leading up to Diana and Dodie's horrible accident. For me it was hard to follow because it was so repetitious and jumped back and forth from the key players and events ... it did not easily flow, was very hard to follow and stay interested.

Too much repetitiveness
Would have loved to be able to fully read this book, but after so much repetitiveness I decided to just skim through it. No need to keep repeating all the information over and over again. It would have been more interesting to just go over the information once and keep moving along. It just took away so much from the book by doing this.

Solve one of the biggest mysteries of the 20th century!
Like most people, I had an affinity for Diana, especially being close in age and having children close to hers. Recently, I hadn't been working and spent some time on youtube and couldn't help but notice the large amount of material devoted to her untimely death. I watched a few videos and was amazed to learn there was evidence pointing to an assassination, having thought it was just a theory. That led me to this book. If you're only going to read one John Morgan book, this is the one. While the evidence is shocking, the book is highly detailed, repetitive and difficult to read, which is why I only gave it 4 stars but read it anyway as this is the only justice Diana, Dodi andHenri will ever have. While I commend John for digging up all this evidence, sometimes I came to different conclusions than him, for instance, he felt that Paul wished to drive them for intelligence reasons, while its just as possible he was in the pay of the paparazzo or newspapers and knew Dodi planned to propose and was in league with the paparazzo that night, allowing them to follow him. I would think tinted windows would have been a priority in this case and maybe this is why there were none.Additionally, I know that Diana was very unhappy but had she played it cool and gone along with the royals, not only would she be Queen but she would have been there for her children and grandchildren. Also, I think Dodi would have been a dissapointment in the end.If this does go all the way up to the Queen, nothing will happen as she is the Crown and 90 and would never be held accountable. Charles will next be King and won't held accountable either. If they were, it would destroy the monarchy and I don't know how many people would want that.

Finite Detail
Very thorough and extensively researched. Includes all the necessary information for the reader to come to their own conclusion. Great Read

Too repetitive
Whilst a lot of important questions were finally answered, this book is too repetitive. Yet we are told who plotted the murder, it was mentioned. This therefore, defeats the main purpose of the book.

A Much Needed Book
I and everyone I know has always believed Diana must have been assassinated. The reason for this is simply that hers and Dodi's deaths at that point in time were SO convenient for so many people in high places.Rather than continuing to brush this (and my many other suspicions about our establishment) under the carpet I've decided it's time to find out the truth.OK. I have now kind of finished the book.I would highly recommend it, as it is superbly researched.Rather than reading cover to cover, I have dipped into sections throughout the book to build up a picture.I have always had an impression of our Royal Family as a harmless, benign, eccentric relic.Obviously they live differently from the rest of us and aren't subject to the same rules we are......In fact, when you look into it they are immensely powerful, influential and rich.Far above any politicians (as are MI5 and MI6)You know what they say about power....There are many shocking things about this story. A few which stand out are:- The immense influence money and power can wield over the police and judiciary. (Not to even mention MI5 and MI6!)- The fact there is strong evidence that the Queen and Prince Phillip themselves were involved in the plot.- The fact Diana's body was unlawfully rushed out of France, and the second embalming of her body carried out in St George's Chapel Windsor where there are no medical facilities, within 25 hours of her death.- The desperate urgency of getting Diana's body to Kensington Palace, outside anyone else's jurisdiction, despite the fact she was no longer a member of the Royal family, and no longer HRH.- The fact that within 25 hours of Diana's death she had been unlawfully removed from France, urgently moved to Kensington Palace, had two post-mortems and been embalmed twice.- The many witnesses to the fact she was alive and speaking after the crash, and the fact her head injury score was practically perfect.- The MI5 connections of the doctors who arrived first at the scene.I could go on, but really the whole book is just jaw-dropping. This list isn't even the tip of the tip of the iceberg. My comforting picture of our benign, figurehead monarchy has been dispelled for ever. They are not figureheads. They wield real and absolute power. They are not benign. They will use whatever despicable means are necessary to protect their power. If this was how much the mother of Prince William was worth to them, how much do you suppose you and I are worth?

EVERYONE NEEDS TO READ THIS AND KNOW WHAT REALLY GOES ON
EXTREMELY HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDImmensely riveting read, very well researched over a long time and backed up by verifiable sources. Well done John, don't know how you're allowed to still be on this planet, knowing from your own book and others I have read, how truth tellers are often treated; AND I do believe that this is the truth, unfortunately. The world is full of liars, often for their own gain or security, as seems to be the cases here. Apparently, everyone is terrified of The Establishment, as, in fact, Diana herself was. What a life to live, knowing that at any moment it could end because you have dared to tell it like it is!Dreadful treatment of a decent human being, and despite her many failings, she was. Taken in and treated as a brood mare by the unspeakably nasty, anachronistic ,stop at nothing coterie of a Royal Family to preserve the status quo and finally thrown away like an outworn garment. As for Diana's 'best friend', the horrible (sorry honourable) Rosa Monckton she is totally beneath contempt and, in fact, was not trusted at all by Diana, despite that she likes to portray now what best buddies they were. Despicable!Read this book, unparalleled investigative journalism and, believe me, there is not a lot of that about anymore! Sad thought it is that we live in such a dreadful society, which is now, infinitely worse that it was in 1997 the years of Diana's untimely death

Pretty convincing
Wordy with lots of references but if you give it time it pieces together.A lot of damning evidence that wasn’t heard at the inquest but it is out there on public record. Why would they have been omitted it when supposedly trying to get to the truth. Or were they? One very big cover up and makes a mockery of the justice system but obviously there’s a lot of money behind it and the rich can pay for anything. No wonder Harry took off

Gripping, extremely well researched and well written - changed my opinion!
THE best book I've read about Diana. Absolutely astounding read, so gripping I couldn't put it down and read it almost in one sitting. The absurdities and anomalies in the evidence of the Paget report and the inquest is incredulous - how on earth did they get away with this? This is an extremely well written, extremely well researched book and before reading, I had never paid much heed to the conspiracy theories BUT after reading the evidence in this book which is irrefutable, I actually do now believe that she was murdered - this is how strong the evidence is which is presented in this book.I am now making my way through reading John Morgan's other books on the subject...

Extremely well researched accurate account!
I don't think it's an easy read. I think that it will change your perspective and probably make you think about the people running this country and the huge corruption in government forever. It's opened my eyes in so many ways I almost wish I could go back to sleep. It's a very detailed and obviously well researched factual book. I cross referenced a lot of the information myself afterwards as the shock factor was so great I needed to check the facts. Well done JM for solving the JFK of English history. It's just a bit like the matrix and the red pill or the blue pill. Once you have gone down the rabbit hole....The 4 star I have given rather than the 5, is simply because I kinda wish I didn't know anymore.
