I found this NutraNuva Face Food cream when I searched for "Matrixyl". Years ago I used and loved "Hollywood Lifestyle Satin Lift" face cream that contained Matrixyl and other similar ingredients to Face Food. The "Satin Lift" cream was discontinued about 5 years ago and I've been looking for a replacement ever since. I was pleased that Face Food arrived 2 days after I ordered it. The first time I used Face Food cream it reminded me of "Satin Lift". I like the tube container as tubes are easy to use. After cleansing with warm water and toning, Face Food is easy to apply. It takes a minute or two to sink into my skin. It plumped up my skin and it feels soft and smooth. Love that Face Food can be used as an eye cream too, and there was no stinging around my eyes. I've used Face Food only a week and so far like it very much. There is a generous coupon inside the box and the Seller sent a follow-up eMail, offering another coupon. That's excellent customer service and the coupons are very much appreciated. I intend to use them to purchase more Face Food cream and the Vitamin C serum. Time will tell if Face Food cream is indeed "anti-aging" since I haven't used it long enough. My birthday is next month, so if I look any younger, I'll update this review. If not, I'll update it next year. My skin is old and dry in this desert climate so I don't expect this cream to remove all the wrinkles I already have. But if it keeps my skin moisturized and I don't get more wrinkles this year, that would be miraculous. Have high hopes for Face Food.

I am 31 and decided to start the anti-wrinkle regimen this past summer. My goal was to try a new anti-wrinkle cream every month. I started with Aveeno - a long time trusted brand and BROKE OUT. I was so mad I was getting acne along my jaw-line like I was back in high school. I spent a lot of time looking at reviews on amazon and found FACE FOOD. I LOVE that it is Anti-aging Cream and Eye Cream in one...it was expensive and annoying to apply both. My acne immediately cleared up. I have a VERY sensitive face and oily face. The cream goes on silky smooth and then it is like it disappears. Doesn't leave a film, doesn't cause increased oiliness - just light and great. I wish I could say I have noticed a difference in my minor wrinkles...but I really can't. I'm not that wrinkly and don't look in the mirror that much. I like the product and am going to keep using it for a while. The tube is lasting me longer than I would have thought. I started in August, September, October and now November - still on my first tube and I apply fairly generously but mindfully. (The tiny ounces of Aveeno were double the price and lasted just over a month). My mom used it when I was staying with her and asked me to get her it for xmas because she loved the feel of it. I've already bought my second tube.

Very moisturizing and makes skin dewy soft and luminous. Unsure if the active ingredients are having an effect yet at improving my visible signs of aging, but I do love how the cream sinks in and doesn't feel sticky or tacky. Will continue to finish first tube and maybe proceed in buying a 2nd to give it a few mos to check for results. At this price, it's well worth using simply as a hydrating moisturizer that doesn't clog my pores or cause breakouts.

I love this moisturizer. I was trying to find something healthy for my skin since I was going thru menopause and my skin texture was changing. I also use the face wash. My skin feels fantastic, didn't dry me out or leave me oily.

I figured I'd give this a shot since it had great reviews. After about a week I'm generally liking it. It is fairly thin which is nice for application, but I find I have to be careful when opening the lid that it doesn't squirt out all over the sink. I notice a slight tingling when applying, which is hopefully the feeling of all of my fine lines being burnt to oblivion by the Hyaluronic Acid. It's a tad sticky for a minute or two before it absorbs, but I can usually put on my sunscreen/beauty balm almost immediately afterwards.I do find it a little fishy that it arrived with a flyer asking to email a copy of your 5-star Amazon review to an independent email address in exchange for a discount coupon code for your next order. Not sure if I will order again or not, as that flyer made me question if the product was really that great or if people are just writing good reviews to get a discount.

I have been using Face Food for several weeks and am very pleased with the product and the results.1) I wanted a product that had all the ingredients that are considered to be beneficial. I researched to learn what ingredients would be most beneficial for my face at age 54. Face Food had all the ingredients for which I was looking.2) I wanted a product that did not have parabens and other harmful ingredients. Face Food is free of ingredients that I learned were harmful.3) I wanted one product that had everything my face needed in a moisturizer. Before purchasing Face Food, I used two products, one at night and one during the day. Now I enjoy having everything in one bottle.4) I wanted a product that felt good on my face and did not make my skin look shiny. Face Food makes my skin soft but not oily or shiny. It does not burn when you apply it like other products I tried.5) I wanted an affordable product. At first glance, Face Food seemed expensive. Then I realized that the tube contained twice the amount of product in comparison to what I was using. It cost twice as much but I was also getting twice as much.My skin is softer and smoother after using Face Food for several weeks. Even after I wash it off, my skin still feels smooth. The cream is thick and easy to apply. I squeeze 1/8 or less out four times: one for my neck, one for each cheek and one for my forehead. I use a cleanser before application and twice per month I use a volcanic ash mud mask.I also have occasional eczema. Since I started using Face Food I am having less eczema. I don't know if the product helps with eczema or if it is less likely to irritate my skin.
