I just bought this headset recently and I'm very happy with them.

Call quality seems good. Zero complaints from people I talk too. Volume and sound quality receiving seems good. It is comfortable and have no complaints about button placement and operation. For the bad, I have no confidence this will last. I’ve had it for two weeks and spent on average 2 hrs per day on the device. The sound quality goes “digital” for 5 seconds occasionally when the cell phone is arms length away. The headset has already locked up me once...I’m very worried it won’t last. A very annoying thing is that the headset verbally confirms it is connected when I’m in the middle of a call. Sometimes this happen multiple times on a call. I would not recommend this product.

I've had several MPOW headsets and this model is less comfortable. harder to use, and more expensive. I cannot figure out how to initiate voice text or make calls from this model, which all the other models have done. The metal headband does not easily fit the shape of my head and there is a lot of ear pressure. Again, not features of the past sets I've owned. Unfortunately the others have broken over time.

Buttons a little difficult to find and activate. Sits a little loose on your head. Tends to fall off if you tilt your head down. But the one star comes from the thing only lasting a couple of months before either the microphone quit working or the bluetooth connection is no longer fully functional. Spend more money and buy a brand name item.

So far seems like a quality headset for an economical price. Took a little getting used to because the multi-function button is not the typical large button on the outside of the ear. It's a small button on the side and behind the crossbar. And to make a call you have to double- click. A single press will start your music player.

This is my second set of your Bluetooth headsets. I will only purchase an Mpow!! Super easy to use while freeing my hands and my body to move around. The only thing I dislike about the new version is that it is not as easy to answer as the older model. Otherwise it’s terrific!

Sound and clarity is great!Would be nice if there was a carry case for these also.

Provides a high percentage of what is possible for good price.
