The small support on the front of the pot needs to be bent downwards so that it holds onto the top of the pan of water.I loaded it up with chocolate for it's maiden voyage into the world of cake making, nudged the pan handle and it was off and under water quicker than the Titanic :-(It holds about 300 g of chocolate (about 2 bars worth)

Ideal for what I bought it for

One part of the handle was already broken when it arrived to me, after a few uses the handle gave away completely making the product unusable. Flimsy handle ruined the product. Apart from that it's a decent size and easy to clean.

Would have been ideal. But the handle wasn’t attached to bowl as the soldering was goodHowever once I contacted the seller and showed photos they did my hesitate to communicate with me and I received a full refund. Had I not borrowed a similar item I would have bought from them again

Wrong description, it has 150 mls max capacity not 480 mls as described. Also very Dishonest fussy seller from China , did not refund me or replaced it after 3 weeks of back and forward messages and photos sent. Amazon did not do anything neither

I didn't get what was in the photo. The photo shows a lip at the end to stop it slipping into the pan but mine didnt have that bit which meant it slipped into the pan. It's really slippery so I would have to hold it. If I had realised it was the wrong one I would of sent it back.
