I used affinityDNA and received the results back a lot earlier than they told us. Our results are awful. As they came back that the dog in the photo is 50-60% bulldog and 29-39% pug. Also paid an extra £10 for a hard copy which was a certificate that you had to print off yourself. Just Awful

Messing with people’s lives. I sent for my x German sheperherds DNA from these people.. After I received my results.. for maisie a cross bichon?? I asked for an update but unfortunately my CHAK passed away by this time. So as you could imagine I was desperate for this to now work. I got an update “Dalmatian” he had no white and his mother I know was German shepherd and this was his main colour. I wish I’d gone elsewhere.

Fast results
It took them a few days to confirm receipt of the samples and I got a little worried because a saw a few bad reviews. I contacted customer service. They got back to me right away with confirmation of receipt and then 3 days later I got my results. All in all, the test was affordable, customer service was responsive, and results were pretty quick. I recommend using them.
