This thing is perfect. I like to wear athletic shorts, but they are uncomfortable to run in when you have things in your pockets. This belt easily holds my keys phone wallet and a FlipBelt water bottle while I'm running. I haven't noticed any of my cargo jiggling or shaking during my runs. The belt sits wherever I set it on my body, and the sizing seems to be accurate.The only thing to look out for is not overloading the belt. Small things like your phone, wallet, and keys will fit, but a glasses case or full sized water bottle may be too big and cause things to fall out of the pockets.5/5 great product

Tethers my stuff to me during my runs. Hands free way to carry my phone, FlipBelt water, usb battery charger, and more. No space wasted. Easy to access everything. But... the pockets can gap too much letting items fall out if you are not mindful of this, new holes can form making it harder to find the right ones, and remember - even it has to be able to slide over your booty. So, if you are curvy, you may want to keep this in mind vs one that has a latch. It love the fact that it has a place for a tethered key... it takes a while to find it sometimes if the belt is loaded up. It bulges under my t-shirts making me look fat, but being able to carry water is worth it. Overall, I do like it. I took off one star mostly because it is forming new, larger holes and because I wish there was a button or notch or reinforcements around the holes to make the holes easier to find while jogging, esp the side with the tethered key.

this belt is perfect, I have Samsung S6 edge it fits well, it is easier to put my phone in when I take off my bulky wallet case.. It does run small so order a size larger than you think you need unless you are very petit

I use this while running distance (generally 6-10 miles) to carry my phone and keys. It's very comfortable, though kind of awkward at first, but you quickly forget it's there. I had no issues others commented on with the fabric bleeding through on to my phone. The hook inside is an excellent touch and adds peace of mind while running with small valuables like keys.As someone who runs marathons and also uses a hydration belt, I would not recommend this belt for holding anything you plan on retrieving easily and readily during the run. While I can wiggle my phone out while running, gels or other edibles would be a pain to get out of this. For that purpose, I prefer my Nathan belt with the zippered pouch.

I am glad that I ordered the medium instead of small, this belt runs a tad small. Medium fits comfortably for 30" to 33" natural waist line.It is well made and the material is smooth and easy wash and dry.Now I can fit my Samsung S7 edge, keys and IDs in this comfortable and discreet belt when I go walking/jogging.Highly recommended.

Best belt, fits more than other belts without any sag. The zipper is much more comfortable than the buckle because the weight is evenly distributed along your back, and it lets you rest against a chair or lay down comfortably. Just be careful with Velcro around this item's material, it snags.

This pocketed belt pulls over your head to put around your waist when you want free hands and no purse or backpack. The pocket slots hold a car lob, an iPhone (even my 6S) and a couple little items like a credit card or cash. It stretches to go on (on easy but it works) and the slots stretch to hold items. It feels very secure. It fits at the waist or slightly below and feels comfortable, though it may feel quite warm in hot weather. I am retiring my butt pack.
