Q: Can you used this for outside decoration?

Maybe? It’s thick. So if you want to wrap a door in it … maybe? The only problem I had with this is tape DID NOT STICK to it. I ended up using packing tape and it still didn’t like the packing tape. So I had to use ribbon around the entire thing to get it to stay.

Q: what does the seller suggest to secure it if not tape?

I used scotch extra strength tape. No problem.

Q: What kind of tape should I use?

I have tried lots of kinds of tape including double sided and NONE stick. I’m going to try my hot glue gun today. I will likely just throw this paper away.
