This product was exactly what I needed to make home made salsa.

These chile flakes have a really nice kick. I like things fairly hot, though I am sure most have different viewpoints on what is hot. So the closest thing I could think of is to a hot Thai chile. These chiles also taste good, great in a Texas Red Chile.

These arrived in good condition very hot. I use them to make salsa bueno.

They have the nice chile pequin flavor, and, my goodness are they hot. I have cooked with chile pequin quite a bit and expect them to be quite hot, but these are a step above in terms of the heat.

Has just a little bit more heat than basic crushed red pepper flakes. Great on pizza!
