Very nice sturdy printer worth the money.
Its a very nice printer its beefy and fast.A lot of my bigger prints I can print in have the time of my old one and double the quality. It does pretty much every thing it's self you just insert the SD card and tell it to print and it does the rest.If you can afford it I would recommend this printer.

Buyer Beware
Lulzbot printers are temperamental, high maintenance machines that require some specialized tools, skills and knowledge just to do basic maintenance on them. Their customer support is frustrating to say the least as the customer service person I was on the phone with even went as far as admitting they knew the design was such, that they dont sell certain replacement parts because they dont want to be held liable if you damage or destroy the machine replacing them. In my case it was a simple print nozzle swap which is an easy thing with any other manufacturer but not Lulzbot machines. I followed the video instructions to the letter and when I was finished the heat block became loose which caused filament seepage to spill out onto the hot end. I attempted to clear this but it caused the wires connected to the hot end to short the entire machine out. When I asked the customer support person for a replacement part for one of my machines, she told me they dont sell that part anymore either because of exactly what happened to me. SO FRUSTRATING! So I have two of their machines with thousands of dollars invested that are completely useless to me now. For the life of me, I dont know how they stay in business.

Multiple Glitches and Faulty Parts
I haven't been able to get one successful print. First, before my first print, the following occurred:1.) The software (Cura Lulzbot Edition) for the Workhorse model wasn't easy to find because it was in a list of other downloads in a wordpad-like webpage. (come on guys, it's a higher end printer. The least you can do is making the user interface on your website decent. Let me know if you need some help..). So I ended up picking what appeared to be the latest file on the list (which would make sense..). I couldn't find the workhorse model option after downloading that version. I found out later that the correct download was another random one somewhere in the middle of that poorly labeled list. By the way, I forgot to mention that I e-mailed the Lulzbot support group asking what could have been wrong, but after almost a week, I still haven't heard back. So after trial and error, I found the right download which ended up working.2.) After that, I needed to replace the small amount of filament that it comes loaded with, but I couldn't pull it out for some reason. After 15 minutes of investigation, I found out that the material was somehow melted into a blob that was larger than the feed throat. Since the feed throat is plastic, I didn't want to force it out, or else the printed feed throat would likely break.. I didn't want to risk voiding the warranty on this expensive printer. I practically had to surgically get a nippers into the very narrow passage to cut the blob off of the rest of the filament to free it. Then I had to get the blob out of the feed, which took another 20 min. After that I didn't have an issue feeding the supplied filament sample into the extruder.3.) Then I was finally ready for my first print! Nope.. after hitting the print button, the printer started calibration. Immediately after it started alarming with an error message stating that the heater bed wasn't heating. Just what I needed.. I unplugged and replugged all of the wires that led to the moving bed and tried again. Guess what, it didn't work.So now I'm sitting here, a couple weeks after receiving and assembling this thing.. and I still can't print. Most expensive paperweight that I have ever bought. Incredibly disappointed. Still waiting on the Lulzbot team to answer my first email so that I can bring up this faulty equipment claim. Even if they are willing to take it back, disassembly and repackaging this beast isn't going to be easy, fast, or cheap.. and if I try to dig deeper and repair it, I risk voiding the warranty and being stuck with the expensive paperweight. I only gave it two stars because I'm guessing this would have been a nice printer, if it worked.

Had this printer for a year now, nothing but issues
out of the box the wiper positions are off and no matter what I do it wipes in the same position. bought the .25 toolhead and the printer extruder get jammed everytime. Sub par product with a huge price tag, you can definitely get a better value elsewhere. I also have a lulzbot mini 2 that has all the same problems.
