Put on tri tip, grill for 8 minutes each side then 5 minutes each side with a bbq sauce too. Makes a delicious char.

Too many other ingredients drown out the espresso. This is more like salt and pepper with a hint a espresso, I was looking for espresso with a hint of other spices.

Absolutely love this seasoning. On my first trip to Kaui I happened upon this company. There's something about the coffee that just brings out the flavor. I use it on steaks, in my meatloaf, hamburgers... now I wonder how it would be in the mashed potatoes.
