A: it is approximately 1 3/4 inches thick at its most thick point.

A: You can tie a rope on top of the step stool, once you enter the car, you can easily pull it in

A: The weight limit is 300 pounds. I weigh 250 and as long as all 4 legs are on the ground it’s plenty sturdy. Just make sure it is set up properly or it won’t be stable

This stool literally never supported the weight of a person. I used it on the passenger side floor of the car to elevate my feet for my back. Two months into use, it started easily collapsing anytime I put my feet on it. And then last week it just snapped and broke. This is NOT a quality product. Extremely disappointing
