These are my first ceramic knives ever and I am so impressed. Not only do they look really nice, but they are also really sharp. They are kind of iridescent blue and the blade is all white. All 4 knives at the same, so you could use them at the table. They are excellent at cutting fruits and vegetables. The handles are really comfortable to hold and they each have a nice protective plastic holder. I would definitely buy these as a gift as well.

The blade and the handle of a knife should not come apart.What else is there to say?

I've been using these for several months now and I love them. They're extremely sharp and they slide easily through the food (and other incidental things such as fingers). Use with caution. Being ceramic, they're a bit delicate so be gentle. I'd be happy to recommend these knives.

I was over buying these big heavy supposed stainless steak knives for everyday. These cut so much better and have ended my whining everytime I have to cut something. :)

Time to throw out the decades-old wooden handled knives that no longer do the job. These ceramic knives look nicer and slice through steak and chicken like they're cutting through butter! And they've survived the dishwasher. Love it!

Amazingly sharp. Be careful of your fingers. The blades do chip easily, so don't use on bone or when you may hit something solid

Bought these knives to replace a ceramic knife I've had for years. The handle broke on my old one. The ceramic knives are fantistic. I've never had one to get dull. Stay as sharp even with daily use!
