Gimbal Pan and Tilt Tripod Head

I finally got a chance to use the gimbal to its fullest when shooting birds.The things I love: 1. It works really well and the controls are where they need to be. 2. It breaks down into convenient pieces for transport.The thing I didn't like: You have to be creative to use the vertical pan lock when the camera and lens are aligned as it should be. You have to rotate it to a vertical position with the head swiveled out of the way then bring the head back and lock it. It just seems like there should be a better solution.Overall I would recommend this gimbal.
