Makes excellent and easy multigrain mini scones
I was looking for a "just add water" mix that wasn't just pure starch, sugar, and baking powder, and this has enough whole grains in it to be reasonably healthy. I also wasn't interested in pancakes, but rather in something that would rise reasonably well inside mini cupcake/muffin silicone cups in my doesn't-get-much-past-300-Fahrenheit toaster oven. This worked beautifully. The rolled oats give a nice texture and let us have something approaching our favorite local pastry shop's scones while that shop is closed for COVID-19. This will be my new go-to default multi-purpose baking mix from now on.

Contains trans fats! WARNING!
Bought this because of the current flour shortage thinking it was a healthy product. Wrong! Contains many chemical additives and "partially hydrogenated vegetable shortening" which means it contains trans fats! This for the convenience of being able to make pancakes without adding your own, healthy oil at home. I'm not hiking the Pacific Rim Trail, I am at home and prefer a mix that you add your own healthy ingredients to. Those that prefer the "convenience" of mixing only water and a boxed mix are the only ones who should buy this unhealthy product.

unique and delicious
I had these pancakes for the first time at a national parks lodge. They were so delicious I had to order my own from the interwebs. The pancakes are different than normal pancakes and very delicious. Try them with huckleberry syrup or maple syrup.

Texture is not great
The whole grains do not really cook in the time it takes to cook a pancake so eating one of these pancakes is about like eating a trail mix bar. Not eniugh whole grains to be particularly healthy.

Great, but expensive
Really fluffy delicious pancakes. Better than any store bought. But still, seems too expensive. Will try another brand with more fiber next to compare. Only 2g fiber. But again, better than any other store bought in memory.

Top Notch
I like to make this flapjack mix. The tastiest pancake mix I use. Sometimes I mix it with Snoqualmie Falls' Pancake mix. It is a great way to start my day. The mixing directions are accurate. Sometimes I add raspberries to the top for additional flavor.
