These have come in handy while I've been lowering my bodyfat during this pandemic. I love them but please be mindful of where you keep them or you will lose them because they're so lightweight. For the price you can't beat them and they seem pretty accurate too.

The caliper is a simple way to measure body fat. The measurement is taken from the right hip about an inch above the hip bone. It's easy to take the measurement but it would be nice to take measurements from other area's of the body as well. The chart that comes with the caliper is paper so you may want to get it laminated.

This device does not click. Not only is it plastic and flimsy, it doesn't tell you how hard to press and when to stop. I thought I was going to break it by pressing so hard. Not worth the money. Not accurate at all. Returning this product. Such a failure.

I'm pretty disappointed with this product. The information packet has multiple grammatical errors which shows me a bit about the quality and the origin of this product. Also, the informational packet says there should be a sliding part on the caliper which should stop to read your measurements and "click" but this is missing. Seems like a cheap knockoff of other calipers on the market and they got it wrong.
