Water Lilies - Claude Monet - Classic Impressionist Masterpiece - Cotton Woven Tapestry Wall Art Hanging - USA (46x45)

The tapestry is beautiful and I am happy to have it. I am very unhappy that it came without a lining, which adds stability to a tapestry, and especially came folded up in a box instead of on a roller so it had many deep creases. Vendor claims they skip the lining because it can eventually droop but this is not my first tapestry and I've never had the lining on a tapestry droop if it is sewed on correctly. But to send something so beautiful, a work of art, all folded up with deep creases all over it was a big disappointment. Vendor recommends ironing it, but why send it with creases when it is so easy to send it on a roller like the other tapestries I've purchased from other vendors without any creases? It spoils the effect - the enjoyment - of unrolling a tapestry with its beauty intact. Also it is much darker than shown on the website which is also disappointing.
