I've had this product for 3 months used about 20+ times and was great......I even bought a protective case to keep them protected in my gym bag.....today I attempted to use them and it automatically connected to my iPhone but self disconnected within 3 seconds at a range of 1-2'.....battery was charged and I even manually re-paired it to my phone after doing a factory default reset....however same thing happened..except this time after 3minutes at distance of product in my ear and phone in my hand.....I even followed troubleshooting tips in the instructions to no avail...I took my phone out of case and assured that the product was charged overnight.....sad part of this is that I have recently recommended this product to 2 of my friends that spotted me using them that just recently purchased....I'm going to advise them to return before the 30 days is up because they have now officially become POS's.Update: the seller has replaced with a new set free of charge..hopefully they last beyond 3 months...I give 5 stars for customer service and 2 for the product

Good sound for Beats in line remote and mic works well and ppl who like their music low end heavy will love these earphones. Comes with four sets of different style earbuds so everybody can find their perfect size fit! Also comes with a decent quick snap close carry case that in my opinion is a little small for these earbuds but does the job!

I got this to protect my Motorola Bluetooth headset. Which if works perfect for. It's big enough for the Bluetooth cable and the headset. Can't get the home plugin to fit. But then again, I don't really need that plug for work and back home. I will use my car charger if it's needed. Anyway, made of good material. Has a hard exterior so your stuff won't be crushed. The zipper works without issue. All and all, it's a fantastic product for the price. Would buy again in a heartbeat!

I got this because my friend gave me his in-ear Beats headphones and I didn't want them to get tangled or ruined. The case itself is nice but it's too small for the headphones. I can fit them in if I smush them in there (for lack of a better word) but that's not what I bought the case for so I don't use it. It would probably be better for the smaller Bluetooth Beats headphones.

Just received this case so I haven't had a chance to use it at length. The case itself looks durable. My granddaughter loves the look (it was brought for her). I gave it three stars because of the image on the Amazon site. It shows two cases so I was under the impression that I was purchasing two cases instead of one.

Good quality and sturdy product, did not know that the beats head phones I ordered came with a case anyway so not of much use to me. Check if the beats you ordered come with a case before ordering this

I always lose my earbuds and have been looking for a solution for a while. I finally tried using this case and it really did help to prevent this problem! I love how it's hard so that the earbuds don't get crushed and also compact so it can easily fit in my pocket. My case has a zipper that can be a bit sticky, but I think I may have just gotten a defective case.
