I got this to track my babies' first days of school with my oldest entering Pre-K. I ordered chalk markers and the pair is beautiful! The sign is SO cute and I love the unicorn. Wipes clean without hassle (I used a baby wipe) and sturdy. Thank you!

This will look nice for first day of school pictures! The glittery areas are dull in person, but appear sparkly in pictures whether you use flash or not. The material is thick and smooth. I separately purchased chalk markers and didn’t realize that the board came with thin ones. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.

So this was a frivolous purchase that I know I didn’t technically need, but I’m glad I got it because it’s so cute! I included a picture of the chalk markers I used (purchased at Target) and even though they say non-eraseable, I was able to clean the board with a magic eraser fairly easily. I used a black marker to cover “years” and a white marker to write in “months” for her age. :)

The first chalkboard I received was "defective" with missing prints on some area (the stars and hearts) but they sent me a replacement right away. I really like the chalkboard. Overall design is great, not too crowded especially my daughter loves unicorn. Bummed they don't have a matching "last day of" so I use the back of the board, since it's also a chalkboard, and design my own. I tried it with chalks and liquid chalk markers. The chalk wiped off easily with a damp cloth but the liquid chalk makers was a little harder to come off and also left a noticeable mark on the board. I didn't try to use a magic eraser or other cleaning products like other suggested. I really want to use the chalk marker because it writes more nicely and have more color choices so I searched online and found a solution - to seal the chalkboard. I bought a spray acrylic sealer in matte finish and sprayed about 3 coats to test it out. The marker was a lot easier to wipe off, though it still leaves some marks on it but not noticeable. I think by sealing it, the board will also last longer.

It's very sturdy and writes nice on the board. My daughter loves it.

This is just as pictured. Easy to use and easy to clean. I used my own chalk markers. The only thing I would change is that I wish I could change first with last so we can use it on the first and last days of school.

My daughter loves unicorns and pink. The sign is a good size, quality and the markers worked great as well. Perfect all in one package!

only issue is that I ordered 2 and they were placed front to front and some of the paint stuck to other board. Very nice back to school signs.

Did not receive Chalk Markers with Chalkboard as described.
