Tastes okay. Leave the tea bag in boiled water for atleast 5 minutes. Easy to use. If you are a PCOS girly, definitely try this.

Pure Spearmint tea is very good and packaging and tea bags are very good BUT the box contains 2-3 packets of some other flavor which is very disappointing. I did'nt expect this from the brand. It is not mentioned on box that the box may have 1 tulsi spearmint and 1-2 ginger tulsi turmuric tea. As there were only 4-5 bags remaining I reordered the product but then I realized the last 3 tea bags were different and I did not sign up for that so worried what would I get on opening the 2nd pack. But tea is very good. Please dont mix tea's.

I have pcos and I feel it difficult to sleep. After drinking this tea during evenings 4PM or later I feel sleepy at night and helps me feel energetic. Sweet cravings also decreased

I bought 2 packets and only 12 + 2 tea bags were available in both packets. 12 were spearmint and 2 were random (chamomile, tulsi). They package claims that there are 18 bags in each, which is a false claim

Good quality tea bag, but bit expensive for 18 bags.it is written on the packaging that it may contain traces of nuts since both are manufactured in same facility which didn’t sit well with me.Tastes good as well.

The packaging is good. But less quantity i feel. Taste is good.. smells great. Had one cup and am writing this. I should say aroma is good. Since it's a herbal tea and it contains pure spearmint, i hope it cures my pcos symptoms. Looking forward to drink it daily.

Value for money.... rich in antioxidants....i belive it will flush out all toxicity inside the body due to unhealthy food and habits...the tatse of spearmint is something must be tasted once by all who need for a healthy life
