Perfect replacements
Product easy to install and customer service was awesome. Simply had questions about voltage and the service member was great.

The last one lasted 17 years.
This was installed into a Coleman Mach 3 RV air conditioner. The old one melted down after 17 years. If this one lasts that long I'll be very happy. I had to rotate the start relay/resistor around to expose two spade terminals on the other side for this air conditioner.

Simple swap. Works perfect. AC cranking cold air again.
I know nothing about servicing an AC unit, however, after a quick look at a few Youtube DIY videos, I ended up saving myself several hundreds of $$$$. This kit was perfect. Plug and play. Only tool required was a screw driver.

Easy fix

Exact same part, easy change
This part replaced the burnt out complement perfectly as an exact match. Made sure the capacitors were all discharged before I changed this out and my RV air conditioner works great again.

Wrong part for small wattage generator application
Bought this to help start rooftop AC unit with 2200 watt generator. Was not convinced this was the correct part for my application. After emailing airxcel directly, a company rep informed me this was only going to damage the rooftop ac unit and not be the correct item for my needs ( smaller wattage gen) and I would need to purchase the soft start kit instead. Purchased Coleman Mach soft start kit part# 1497-3601. Have not installed yet but I am confident that this is the part I need.
