I really did need a GOOD knee support for the gym. I chose these as they sounded really good. The first few uses the neoprene (blue) support helped enormously. Felt good. Did not roll down. Fit perfect. I was so happy.. Then I noticed (after about the 5th or 6th use) that it was coming unstitched. Really? Other than poor manufacture, there is no reason why it should be coming unstitched already. Its not too tight, it does not get overly stretched. They Grey sleeve, well that one had issues from the get go. It would not stay up, constantly rolling down. Uncomfortable as all get out. Never even worn longer than 5 minutes. I would NOT recommend this product as it just will not last very long. I have already chosen a replacement for this and wish I could return this set as it just did not last very long.

I bought about 1.5 months ago and wore the blue/black (neoprene) a 80% of the time (once a week for 5 weeks for 2 hrs) during volleball. I bought a M and it was okay, My upper legs are thick and yes, I had to keep pulling it up. Last night, I decided to wear both, The black and gray (not neoprene, some rigid elastic material, kept sliding down, more than the black/blue. Last night I noticed the stitching on the back of the black/blue began to tear. Unfortunately I bought this item more than 30 days ago, so I can't return it. There are better products out there.

Two in one is great. Compression is great. My only complaint is that the upper portion could be a little bit wider. If i ware it for any length of time it starts to cut into my thigh. I decided to keep it instead of returning it for a bigger size because i was afraid it would lack compression strength. around the knee area.

I love this combo. I use the compression sleeve when I'm playing sports while other times use the mesh sleeve when walking around. The sizing is a bit on the small side. Maybe the issue is that I have big athletic calves and maybe I should have gotten a large vs a medium.

Even though I bought the extra large, the neoprene sleeve would not go past my calf. I gave it to a friend who is a petite woman qnd it seems to fit her well. This is certainly not extra large. My knee (post surgery) is 17.5 inches across the patella and it doesn't even come close to fitting over it. The stretchy non neoprene fits, but tends to bunch p behind the knee.

They seem to work as expected, for support and compression. Each has a different feel to it, just have to figure out which one works best for you.

Great pressure. I lift weights hard and really work my legs really good, so I can say that the first experience has been great. Not sure how long the material resist but the first experience was 100%.

Weak stitching pulling apart and unraveling, but good fit and overall a decent compress.
