We’ve had this item for a little over two months, and just yesterday it broke. I really liked this hose until that happened. Seemed like the inner tubing “snapped” and no longer works.I would appreciate a new one in its place. I don’t see a way to contact place directly.

this is an awesome water hose. I never had something like this before. all my life, I had the traditional kind, heavy, cumbersome, tangle so easily...etc. this expendable hose was perfect. I do not know how long it will last but it is super easy to use.. love it.

I've previously only owned the old style hoses that eventually spring leaks, have to be replaced every few years, and are a pain to drag around the yard. Decided to try a more modern type of garden hose and after reading reviews on several, chose this one in 50 foot size. So far I am extremely happy with the purchase after just a couple of quick plant watering sessions. The materials seem to be good quality; the package included extra gaskets (hose came with one already inserted in both the source and spray ends) and a roll of plumbers tape in case needed for a leaky screw-on connection. The sprayer seems like a good one, has lots of options for the water spray amount and shape. The spray end of the hose has an on/off valve so it's easy to cut off water flow, such as to connect a sprinkler without having to go to the spigot to cut it off. Plastic hanger for the hose also works for carrying - I imagine that is more useful for the 100 foot hose but it's a nice bonus. The only caution I have so far is that this type of expansion hose moves as it lies on the ground, changing length based on how you're using the sprayer, so I discovered quickly that I shouldn't get it tangled around my feet! That lesson learned, it seems like this hose is a very smart replacement for the old heavy ones.

Yes, I'm happy with this hose and nozzle. I bought one, used it for a while, and went back for a second one. When one uses the sprayer nozzle, turning the water off when finished, there is still a great deal of water left in the hose as it retracts. I have a watering can handy to collect the water released after turning it off. If one does not use the nozzle, that doesn't happen but the water force is quite hard so the nozzle is better. You are supposed to empty the hose of water after use, not leave it "loaded."Some waste with this hose purchase. Some sort of plastic hose holder and a drawstring bag, both not needed. There are extra washers but the hose seems to have washers in it already. I guess the included white tape is to put on the hose threads to prevent leaking. I have two of these hoses, and one leaks a bit at the faucet. Could be a faucet problem.

After 4 months the hose started leaking. The seller offers 1 year warranty, but contacting the seller was impossible because it is a Chinese company and their contact information is nowhere to be found. I contacted Amazon. They asked me to return the leaking hose and refunded only $23.88 from $29.28 I paid, despite the 1 year full warranty the company gives on the product . I am $5.40 in the red which I could not find a way to get back from this company to honor their warranty.Bottom line: Short lifetime and impossible to contact the seller to fully honor their 1 year warranty on the product.

I am modifying my experience. I feel I wasted my money buying this product. 1. Spray broke in 5 days. I bought additional spray from costco and not in few weeks pipe also broke. So end result I have to spend more money to keep using this product. I wish I would have taken real heavy duty hose from better home improvement store.

This hose is perfect. I use it as a light duty hose - washing vehicles, rinsing off patio furniture, etc. I’ve had it for three months and have had no issues, yet. I did notice a tiny snag in the fabric (after dragging it across my cement), so you probably want to be a bit careful with it. To ensure long life (as with my other expandable hose) I am following the seller’s recommendations of emptying the hose before storage, storing it in its included bag and away from direct sunlight / heat and ensuring the valve is closed while initially turning on the water (to fill up the hose.) The hose dropped in price by over $10 since I bought it, so what the heck, I bought another!

This is our third purchase of these hoses, we have one that has leaked from day one. I will be returning. It is defective. We tried adding extra washers and Teflon tape to no success. These hoses are super light and easy to use. I wish the third one was working properly.

I have nothing bad to say about this hose! I have been through a few expanding hoses recently, one which lasted about 3 months and exploded and 1 which was defective as soon as it was connected up.I have to say this one is of exceptional quality and won't disappoint. I cannot comment on how it will fair over time, but I imagine it will last well judging from the quality of it.The gun has plenty of spray modes which is great, as it has 2 more than we had on our old one.All in all great value for money!

so, my xhose needed to replaced. Saw this and thought I'd give it a go for the money.It arrived promptly and its 50ft in length to extend to 150ft.This product works very differently to an x hose. It will stretch out, but retracts the moment you let go.Basically it is only decent to use for its genuine length at 50ft.*****************Edited post 17/8/20Further to my review, this hose has now split when being stretched.States 1 year warranty, but no option to return!

The hose does everything expected (except stretch 50ft) I measured down the garden before ordering and 50ft was fine to reach all parts. However, the reality is that it is about 10ft short. Otherwise no complaints, does what it says on the tin. Easy to use and my wife prefers it to the old reel hose.

Great hose and stronger than the usual used in the past. However, the first metre of the outer fabric has stretched and no longer contracts to dry size. But Al in all a good hose with quality connectors.

Really good hose, it was so much better to measure and get the right length previously I have ordered bigger than I needed and struggled to drag it round the garden this is just right, only thing is it snakes back every few seconds as water gets used which is odd but not a problem.
