Daily Shoulder Tote Bag Premium Cotton in Mint Green

Over the years I have purchased (usually from Amazon) assorted varieties of these bags. Checking my Amazon orders list I have noticed that of these bags many are from the same manufacturer: Dalix. As I scanned this list I realized how diverse the selection has become. I own a Dalix bag that ressembles rhe American flag, bags of varying dimensions and styles, with top zipper or without, and an assortment of interior and ecterior pocket arrangements. Even the availability of color options has expanded. Despite all this, one characteristic has remained constant throughout. I still have all of my bags and the reason for this? They are simply in a word: indestru tible. Whether of the lighter variety in weight or the most heavy duty all have withstood the test of time. They are all well stitched and reinforced in the areas of high vulnerability. In some cases I reserve use of these bags for the transporting and storing of delicate items like electronics and items where protection from external impact is importantThis combination of strength, invulnerability combined with style and eye-catching colors and patterns and finally price mean you really cannot make a better choice than any of these Dalix bags. I just returned from a week long hospital stay for major surgery and in preparation for this event knowing I needed a bag to transport all the electronics i would need during this time, I went out and purchased several of these Dalix bags even though i already own quite a few. I think the tipping point was the added security that models with zippers provide against the loss of charging cords, memory cards and the shape some bags offer to accommodate elongated and other odd shaped items such as led lamps etc. The next time you are contemplating the prospect of extended stay beyond the comforts of your home for whatever reason and need to transport those items deemed indispensible, consider a bag from the selection of these Dalix canvas bags.

Update 09/25/2020:Based upon my recommendation, my friend bought a bag too, in dark navy. She called me to ask how come the closing end of the zipper is open and unfinished.She sent a picture. Her bag looks unfinished in the top zipper area.I could not tell her, my bag's zippered end is not entirely closed but looks more finished than her. I told her she could return. It's not quite an LL Bean bag, but is cheaper, of course.Further update @ 9/25/2019Dalix read my question on how to restitch my unraveling strap and asked me to contact them for a replacement bag. The replacement bag was received today--exactly like what I had purchased previously, so I am back in business with my grocery shopping. Good customer service and responsible seller. Buy with confidence.Update, at 09/20/2019Used it today and noticed that the stitching on one strap (at top of attachment to bag) is coming apart. Checked my return window--it closed on September 12th, so out of luck--just missed it. I have only used this bag maybe 6-7 times, and only for light groceries--nothing real heavy. But It is not holding up.Good thing I only bought one, I was thinking of buying more. Too bad. Now will have to go elsewhere--I don't have a machine to have it stitched. Maybe a cobbler? But I would have to do all 4 sides, since I can't trust it.Definitely not LL Bean or Lands End quality (nor the price). My mother's LL Bean, which I have now, is going on 20 plus years--just a bit dirty but still totally intact. You get what you pay for. Wonder why it had such good reviews.I am downgrading to 2 stars from 5 stars--unacceptable durability given the light use.>>>>It was not as tall as I thought it would be--my bad--it looked taller in the picture, but said 13" height.Used it for groceries today. Worked out well, it is deep enough and fit a lot of stuff. I have another canvas bag which was not deep enough, although taller.For robustness, it cannot compare to my LL Bean Tote--actually my mother's, I inherited. But it is so much cheaper.Overall a great bag. I will carry it for shopping. Here in CT, we know have a plastic bag surcharge, pushing people to get reusable bags.

I just received the three totes (navy, black and grey) I ordered for me, my mom and my sister. They are beautiful, feel sturdy and are almost perfect.If I could give them 4.5 stars, I would, based on first impressions. The issue is, they are not really 20" by 7". Really, they are either 20" x 0" or 13" by 7". You see, the 20 inch measurement is with them laid out flat. Still an excellent size, but I had a specific item planned to carry in it and it doesn't quite fit since I seem to be missing 7 inches.So buy it if you want it! You won't be disappointed. But, if you need the extra space, they have a 23" version...wish I'd gotten that one!

Ordered 2 months ago, and it gets minimal use. Not much more than a lunch bag, newspaper and walking shoes a couple of times a week, at maximum. Seemingly overnight the pocket detached from the bag, no warning it was even coming loose until I discovered my phone had fallen right through!

Love love love it!! Thick canvas, side pocket, lots of room. Peace Soldiers will love it!
