Pokemon Card Ancient Mew 2019 Promo Holo Japan Mint

ok so the quality of the card is really good but I'm wondering if it is real or not because at the bottom it still says 1995 the date of the original card so that brought my hopes down because i got the last one that says its from 2019 for 20 some dollars so if it is real and the dates wrong then its worth buying if not then i do no recommend it
