The media could not be loaded.  I got the laptop delivered and the Amazon package was good but I received a very large size box from Amazon was not sure if the order was for the laptop , once I opened package it was for laptop but laptop box was damaged on one of the side, the screen have lines and also it looks there is a part which is moving inside the laptop, Don't buy this laptop it's very cheap one the specifications are good quality is worst built quality is very cheap like Chinese toy's, I immediately called Amazon for the same with in one hour from delivery they advised me to wait for 24 hours for call back still waiting no update yet stuck with this 😠 product which is of no useI got replacement what is the use. right after 10 days it stopped working and Amazon will not take any ownership, 23k wasted and no service center within 11 days the hinges broke the plastic was that bad only with in 11 days the screen and hinges broke complete waste of money and disappointed with this purchase, I would suggest not to buy any I life product it's cheap built better to go with a proper branded one where you get quality and service. Just one question with Amazon why allow a seller to sell it under non returnable when the quality is as 💩

Please guys trust me please trust Don't ever buy this iLife product..as you can see the condition of my laptop after 20days of use .display is completely damaged and also after taking to the service center they will keep the product for 3 month's and every when you contact to know the status of your Laptop then only response you will get is that parts is not dispatch from manufacturing...Please once again I am saying trust me don't ever buy this product and also save little more money wait for more months and buy branded one and worthy.. It is an amazing product in this price range. I'm writing this review after 15 days of using this product. The only problem I've got, is in its display screen which has an unwanted permanent vertical yellow line in the left half of the screen. Otherwise, everything is decent.1. Large apps like Matlab 2019b and Android Studio are working fine.2. Sound quality and it's loudness is just great.3. The quality of keyboard is not up to the mark but just okay.4. Touch pad and fingerprint scanner is working fine.5. The design of the laptop is awesome but due to its cheaper looking plastic body, it doesn't make feel premium.6. The display screen quality is good except the problem occurred with me.7. Battery backup is about 4 hours while normal working.8. Games like Need for Speed are running fine with no lag.

FROM MY PERSONAL OPINION PLEASE DON T BUY THIS WASTE PRODUCT. SIMPLY IT HANGS. MAKING QUALITY IS VERY CHEAP .WITH IN A WEEK MY LAPTOP BODY GOT CRACKED.

1. Presently: Device not charging, faulty Adaptor or Charging Jack.2. Previously: Body screws loose, caused cracks on exterior. One screw fell off, missing.Want REPLACEMENT. Guide how?

Waste of money, faulty laptop delivered. When we press any key laptop power offs and when we move laptop getting sounds from inside. you should install windows in it.when you try to install windows 8.1 touchpad will not work but when you install windows 10 touch pad and evey thing will work

Laptop is worth for money. I learn this now - Laptop is DOS n mousepad work after installing window10. It is not best but in category but I prefer this for price n specs which is not available in any other brand.
