Hit and miss
I bought one of these and liked that it was sturdy so ordered a second one in April, within weeks of using the first one I bought, it gave up on me. The one on the right side stops turning for no reason after a few minutes and the one on the left comes lose and always drops my cups. I’ve tried using it with different arms, and nothing. Luckily the second one still works and is fairly quiet. This is a hit and miss kind of situation I guess. I bought two and one of them is completely useless.

Electrical connections were not properly assembled.
When the tumbler arrived it was in pieces and screws rattling in the box. Also, the electrical connections were lose, I had to re-twist the wires and re-insert them. Once I finished those processes, I tested to out and it working great. Would have rated a five if not for assembly.

Could be better.. could be worse.
The blue things are a bust. The two turners are WAY too close together - as long as you’re not trying to do two 30 ounces you’ll be fine. Gets a bit loud if turning too long. It’s ok - wouldn’t buy again

Will update after use.
I believe This tumbler will work fine for you if you don’t intend on using two 30oz at one time, I have not tried using other sizes together since I do a lot of 30 oz. I will update review when I do.

Not sure about this item
both sides worked fine at first. I haven't had it but about 3 weeks and one side stopped working. Now that side is working but he opposite side stopped working, ????

Stops Turning
I have had this turner for about 3 months now and it was working fine until about 2 weeks in and one side stopped turning. That was fine with me even though I payed the amount for TWO turners but was only able to use one, at least I was able to use one. Then the right side stopped turning and the left side started turning again???? Very inconsistent and not reliable to make cups with. Very frustrating when you are trying to make and sell cups.

It's ok but not the best
It was easy to put together. Wires were off of one but easy to fix. Arms keep falling off so you can't leave it alone

Not what I needed because it does not function well.
The rods fall out repeatedly during use. Unable to use one side because it will not power on.
