This belt really turns up the heat and sweat during my workouts. I’ve noticed a huge difference when I wear it during workouts vs. not. There is more sweat in my waist If you’re anything like me and have your waist as a problem area, I’d highly recommend trying this belt with diet and exercise. It also really helps during that time of month with bloating. As i ordered two sizes so i applied for replacement of one size. which is little tit for me.

It acts as a good tummy tucker and your waist size will reduce after doing exercise. More effective while working out. Only the problem is it's durability. In few weeks the inner material of seatbelt start tearing. You can use it maximum a month. Need to buy another one latet
