It is lightweight, good size, easy clean, cool touch, just an all over great crockpot! First pot started to flake even with best of care. Bought another and use cooking bag in old one. Hope they improve coating in future.

It's great EXCEPT the teflon coating is already coming off!! I've only used it 3 or 4 times and NEVER used any metal utensils in it - only silicon. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Company should replace!

The crockpot works wonderful. It’s the pot! It isn’t 6 months old and the coating has come off. I only have used wooden spoons in it because it has a coating.

Seems to be working OK. Just sad I had to retire my old crock pot that had a ceramic bowl. This is some sort of cheap feeling plastic. Does its job, just feels cheap at times.

I love this slow cooker. Highlights are the light weight cooking pan, the digital presets that go from high to low or low to high, the retractable cord. I am also happy that there is a small steam vent in the glass lid. I use a slow cooker a lot. My soapy hands lost grip on my former very heavy crockery style pan and it smashed in the sink. That will never happen with the new metal pan. Easy cleanup on the nonstick surface. I will take care not to scrape the surface of the nonstick coating as I do with all nonstick pans. Heavy things are hard to manage the older I get. I give it a five star for the highlights that I mentioned.

Product works and works well. It's super light weight, not like the old ceramic crock pot inserts ...and that's why I'm giving this one star. I think this may not be healthy to usr by any means. So much so that I'm throwing it out. The insert is a light weight metal with a non stick coating. I've used it twice both on low setting. Both times it is emitting a horrible smell. I turned it on without the insert and no smell. Something about this coating just isn't right. It's a metallic burning smell you would get when you used those old non still pans on high heat that are now banned.Maybe i got a defective unit, i don't know but it smells like poison so I tossed it. Total waste of money.

Love the feature., The cord rolling up inside the appliance. It was big. It was light. It was well put together. It cooks a little slower than some of my prior pots but it does cook. It has preset positions which are nice. It tripped my breaker once, but I don't know why. I thought the pot was broke, but resetting the breaker-all was good. This pot has. a locking top and a removable pot. This pot can fit a big roast easily. I like it a lot!

I had a similar crock pot for almost 10 years (different brand name, but exactly the same product it seems) and I loved it!! I had used metal in the past and scratched the non-stick coating over the years, so I was happy to find a replacement. I love that the crock is non-stick and I am able to use it on the stove if I want to start something and then put in the crock to simmer or keep warm. It's super easy to clean, I love how the cord retracts for easy storage and the lid can be locked onto the crock to keep spills from happening.My issue with this one is that I've had it less than 6 months and the coating is flaking off and looks worse than the one I had for 10 years. I have not used metal in this one so I could preserve and have it longer, but that didn't matter. I'm super disappointed.
