ProBody Pilates Exercise Ball - Multiple Sizes Gym Grade Balance Ball for Fitness, Yoga, Workout, Pregnancy & Physical Therapy

I bought this ball in black for residential use. I have been teaching fitness for many years and use exercise balls in my group exercise classes at the gym. This ball is just as sturdy as the ones used in the gym (which are commercial grade). I had no problem inflating the ball. I use it pretty much on a daily basis, and really like it. It retains air and is a good value for the money.

This is my second yoga ball in just over a year. It's part of my regular morning stretching and exercise routine, and central to my physical therapy exercises for lower back and hip pain. It's well made, easy to inflate, and easy to wipe clean. Sadly, these balls don't last forever. They are designed to deflate slowly rather than simply pop as a safety measure, and they can bear a considerable amount of weight according to the manufacturer. My first ball developed pinhole leak (after my cat jumped on it, claws out - don't ask!) and was a sad little puddle of aqua green plastic on the floor the morning afterward. I ordered my current ball, from the same source, that day. I truly love this yoga ball and I highly recommend it!

Excellent! Arrived quickly, it was easy to inflate, and it's exactly what I wanted for comfort, pilates exercises, stretching, etc.

This pilates exercise ball is high quality.

Really nice quality ball but when you read the paper that comes with it you have to keep it off wooden floors or the rubber gets weird and messes up the floor too. I would not have bought it if I had known that. Now I have to make or buy a holder for it to keep it off the floor
