I searched for quite a while between boutiques, standard stores such as Walmart/Target/Academy, and online stores for a quality napmat that was affordable. The price ranged greatly and the quality ranged greatly. I finally found this napmat and am very happy I chose to purchase this particular one. 1) Quality: The cushion is thick enough for my 2 year old son to comfortably sleep on the hard floor in his daycare. He never complained. The pillow is a little bit thicker for that extra support for his head. I've washed this every week to every other week and it's been a year later and it still looks and feels like new. In fact, it's broken in so its more comfty and soft even! 2) Cleaniness: I am able to easily remove the pillow if I want to and throw the napmat into the washer and dryer. Lastly, 3) Convenience: It is very lightweight with a shoulder strap to throw on your shoulder and keep hands free. It rolls up small easily and has velcros to secure the ends while transporting. I bought this at a great price and for less than other subpar napmats I've come across elsewhere. My 3yo naps on this daily at daycare. I will be buying another for my now almost 2yo daughter.

I’ve washed this several times, once a week and sometimes more. I’ve had for 2 months now and the colors are still as vibrant as there were when i got it. It’s got a removable pillow and the pillow is thick and soft. i would buy it again.

I just want to start by saying I love every olive kids product I've purchased including this sleep mat. I bought this for my 22month old soon for daycare and I love it and so does he!its so convenient to just roll up and throw it under the stroller and it creates independent for him because he learns and enjoys putting it away. Is very cushioned and the removable pillow is a bonus. Washing is so simple and it fully air dried in about 4hrs. It keeps my son very warm and we use it at home for nap time if we're not in the room or for sleepovers with friends. I do wish the blanket extended all the way down but that hasn't been an issue for us. (My son is short for his age) the price is great too considering the quality of the product. I'm also enjoying the matching lunchbox backpack and storage bags which make things easy to pack diapers clothes medication and other necessities. My son loves the design and points out all the transportation things which really helps with his vocabulary! Great products love olive kids!!!

We saw this at a friend's house and my son instantly wanted one. Since he's had some trouble sleeping at preschool we figured sure, why not try it. So glad we did - the mat itself is not super thick but it goes on top of a cot at school so it's no big deal. What really helps is the larger blanket that goes over the mat to make my son feel all cozy. The pillow is an added bonus - it's attached to the mat so that it's easy to roll up after nap time (and doesn't get lost in the shuffle). At first I thought this was a little pricey for what it was, but the pattern is cute, the quality of the product makes it stand up to washing every week, and most importantly my son loves it.

Bought this nap mat for my toddler for school. He loves the print and has had not trouble laying down and going to sleep on it. It’s very comfortable and easy to wash.

I bought this for my older son's preschool naps. He is starting in a new school next week and I wanted to give him something a little special and nicer than the ratty blanket from last year.I chose this mat mainly because it matches his backpack and bedsheets at home; and while I initially hesitated purchasing it because of the price, I think I made the right choice in getting it. It arrived last night and we are pleased so far. It is fairly soft right out of the bag, the batting and pillow - while not super thick - are enough that they will make his cot more comfy, and the mat looks to be well constructed. Since we already own the backpack and sheet set in the same design, I knew that the colors would be great and I was right. And I am happy to report that the fabric of this mat is much nicer in quality than the sheet set. (I was a little disappointed with the sheets, see my earlier review.)I gave it to him this morning to "test out" and he was happily rolling around in it for a good while before he pretended it was nap time. For a minute, I thought he might actually to fall back asleep. Then his little brother tried to climb in too. Oh well.At least I know it will be appreciated when it becomes a hand-me-down.While I really do like this product, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons:1- I wish that the blanket part of the mat was just a bit wider. It does cover my son when he lies straight up and down, but he tends to wiggle and turn in his sleep and it would be nice to have just a little more coverage for when he's laying at an angle.2- The mat has a slight 'new bedding' smell. (I am about to pop it into the wash though and I'm pretty sure it will be just fine before he takes it to school.)

Son loves the nap mat. I HAVE to bring it home from daycare for him to nap on the weekends. Good thing it's easy to throw in the washer and dryer Sunday night before we go back to school for the week!

This nap mat is great quality and my Grandson was sooo happy!

It is very cozy and warm. The little pillow is perfect for a toddler (not too big and fluffy). All my son's teachers thought it was so cool.
